Since 2014, I have made several suits and shirts with Parmar Tailors, JLT. They always provide the best tailoring advice aligned with your exact body measurements and are happy to undertake further adjustments and changes if needed. Their fabrics & materials are superb, too.

I found them through their website and visited them initially for a walkthrough. I was toured by Rizwan about their entire process and the latest material collections. Their fabrics are upto date and trendy. They have very robust delivery process with a minimum of atleast four stages to capture your brief in each and every detail.During the process, I had proposed several changes from my initial thoughts, both the stylist and the store representative were optimistic on any suggestions I had and advised me on the Pros and Cons. The tailors in Parmar are real gentlemen. More over they are highly competent in what they do. The product they deliver is made of superb quality. As a customer I was always welcome with warmth. The first day the master tailor has shown the was fabric choises for a newly bespoke blazer. All fabrics are from Italy and he can guide customers with good advice. Bottom line they are real professionals and deliver art, they won’t disappoint. Two additinal session for measurements and trimming are requires to perfect the blazer. Customer happines is granted.

They have a vast choice of fabric from which you can surely find what you are after, and they will suggest and help with some of the most refined and beautiful fabric you can find on the market. Fitting after fitting, they will follow carefully your directions so to have exactly what you pictured in your mind. This is an awesome experience and I highly recommend.

I honestly had a GREAT experience with those people. I had bought my 4 year old son a designer suit that unfortunately ran small on him. I couldn’t go back to the shop because I bought it while on holiday in a different country. Long story short I reached out to Parmar to custom make the same suit for me and they were extremely helpful. The suit they ended up doing for my son was actually better quality, looked much much nicer and paid less including an outstanding fabric!! They even included the waste elastic with buttons And left fabric at the bottom of the trousers so we can adjust to fit him as her grows. I will definitely be back and refer my husband as well 😊😊

Considering that Parmar is supposed to be one of the top tailors in Dubai and the fact that they are on the expensive-end of tailors, I was almost sure that I would have a good experience, but had a much worse experience than I had with much cheaper tailors.Let’s start with what’s good. They have a well-decorated store within a nice mall. That’s where the good things end unfortunately.I got three pairs of pants from them. After two fittings, I went to pick up the pants. I asked the pants to have prong keepers (small hooks above the fly that prevent the belt from moving), and only one of the three pants had a prong keeper. They told me that I could bring it back and they would fix it. Not great, but fair enough. I was still going to give them a five-star review as they asked me to review them.My mistake was that I only tried one pair of pants at the store when I was picking them up. When I tried the other two, they were not fitting properly. One was loose around the waist. One was way too tight around the calves. I brought the pants back, and they said they would fix them. Granted these issues were partly caused by the fact that the pants used different fabrics, a “high-end” tailor should know how to work with the fabrics they are selling.This is where the real trouble began. It took them four more adjustments to get it right. The first time they “fixed” the calves, they made them even tighter even though they were supposed to make them looser.After going back and forth like that, the pants had horrible stitch marks all over. They told me that the stitch marks would go away after getting it dry cleaned twice, and they promised to give me a new pair of pants if they didn’t go away.It was no surprise that the stitch marks were still there after dry cleaning. When I took it to them, they said they would only change the front side of the pants, which they did. Now I can see that there are stitch marks at the back side of the pants too. They aren’t too obviously visible, but this shows how little they care about the quality of the end product they deliver.I had to go to them again and again to get these fixed, and they promised to send the pants to me every time, which they did, but one of those times the driver didn’t show up and they didn’t pick up the phone or responded to my messages, until I called their main branch. They didn’t deliver the pants on the day they promised. Also all the other times they delivered the pants, the delivery was late with no apologies (except the last time where the delivery was late for days).I will definitely not use Parmar again, and I would caution anyone to stay away from them. Not worth the money or the hassle.

Took them one meeting to know what i want and give me few proposals taking into consideration every detail of my event (wedding), its style, location, my preferences and budgets.
