I had heard multiple amazing reviews about the hydra facial at the serenity medical clinic and all i have to say is that it definitely lived up to its expectations. After the treatment my face felt incredibly refreshed. My complexion was glowing after the treatment. In addition to that the staff members are very polite and professional. I’ll definitely be heading here again.

I went to get a hydra facial done as I had heard really good reviews about this facial and I had some deals on this salon. But I was so disappointed at the service provided at Serenity Medical centre. I didn’t feel any change to my skin after the treatment and in between the treatment the doctor came to the room and tried to sell other stuff. When I said I just need hydra facial she started quoting a higher price vs what was agreed before I came in. She also told me to get lazor treatment to which I already said I wouldn’t after which my service finished in 10 minutes. When I said I didn’t like the sevice, the doctor hardly felt anything and said you should have taken other services like lazor, deep cleaning etc to get better results which was only told to me after my service was done with such suboptimal result. Highly disappointed!

Visited for the 1st time today and had a wonderful experience. The hydra facial left my face feeling so fresh and had the best foot massage I’ve ever had!!

Her location is in the Marina Heights, it’s a new clean clinic. All her staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Azita herself is is also very accommodating.--> I had acne when I first seeked treatment and today I am scar-, pigment- and acne free. I bought a package and she was personalizing the treatments based on my skin and its reaction. I feel 10 years younger and I have full trust in her. I also have had treatments done by Dr.Meriam which also is very knowledgeable as well. The whole team is great.Serenity clinic is the best experience I have had for my skin, I will continue to go to her even after the package it done for touch ups.Picture shows my results. I have been having treatment at Serenity for my acne scars in the form of a package. The services here are wonderful and the package is well worth the money. Dr. Azita is amazing- she is very knowledgeable and does personalised treatment depending on how your skin is doing. All the staff is lovely and really friendly too. They also do a free foot massage while you have your facials done, which is so relaxing and kind. Would definitely recommend this place!

I do not recommend this salon. I have hair extensions that staff cannot handle. I came to impose color on the roots. The paint hit me on the jeans of the staff no reaction and did not even apologize. when they washed my hair it was very rude and painful she constantly pulled out my hair. blow dry with a hairdryer at maximum temperature. why should i pay? to ruin my hair and ruin my things with paint? never come to this place again
