Very much disappointed. I reached the place by 8.32. They said that they cant take patients anymore. I am.having a bad cold I requested several times but they kept saying its closed.Please note the clinic dont take patients after 8.30. So please change your timings show here

There is no facility for appointment there.. we need to wait there for hours and see doctor in the middle of this pandemic..When I called to take an appointment they said they cant take appointment..I said I cant wait in crowd..they said you should if you want to see a doctor there.. Appointment system is the rule of DHA (DUBAI HEALTH AUTHORITY).I dont know how they bypass this rule in UAE..This need to change.. pandemic is a time for such change..This is so unacceptable..if you dont change you dont survive..

Reached 8:40pm clinic closes at 9pm. No patient with doctor and none in waiting. Still Dheraj declined to issue token to me. I have chronic illness and my medication finished. But still I was declined service.I thought most doctors are more careful and coming forward in covid times.

I highly appreciate & recommend Dr.Shameera, especially for ladies & childrens, though she is GP.She is handling the patients Friendly & Transparently with care.Thank u very much doctor

Overall performance is good . Doctors are also friendly & experienced but the only negative point is the receptionist they will never receive your call.

I think the reception here stop picking calls 10 minutes before their closing time to avoid any traffic delays. Tried thrice to reach out for a doc whom i visired last week. In 10 minutes i tried three times and i was not lucky to be answered by the reception. Maybe extreme busy 🤣

I visited this clinic several times , recently i went their for my eye treatment on 8th October , the doctor was very friendly and nice. the staff were very good specially Vishnu in the reception counter he was very quick & efficient showing good hospitality. Would Highly recommend

Receptionist lady there have zero knowledge i have insurance card she did not accept and send me back when i call isurance then they accept receptionist should have basic knowledge. About company.

One of the best clinic in UAE & spacious while compare with other clinicsFriendly & experienced doctors and staffs.There is one experienced Gynecologist named Meera Velayudhan. While we consult her, we may feel that she is an unkind person. But it is only her character; as a doctor, she is an expert and experienced.One of my friend wife consulted her before, because of her character they change the clinic. But they realize her expertise after one and half years.In the first period of consultation, doctor told to them; she may have a Cyst. As they change the clinic, they didnt take it as serious and they did different treatments to get pregnant in various clinics in Dubai and only one doctor reach the point (after 1.5 years) which the same Dr. Meera told to them before; and that doctor was in their Home Country.Dr. Najum is also a good and friendly doctor.Ambiance- 6/10Staff attitude- 7/10Location- 7/10Convenience - 7/10Reliability - 8/10

Visited the clinic a few days back.A spacious clinic and very less waiting time when compared to other clinics.The doctors are very friendly and caring.We met Dr.Sameera(GP) and the ENT specialist.

My daughter was suffering with breathing trouble. And Alopathic doctor said it’s Asthma and need to go with spray for life long. We were very upset and one of our friends Dr. Neethu as alternative medicine. I was totally against Homeopathy medicine. It was my wife who wanted to try. We found difficulties in first few days. But we tried and thanks to doctor Neethu and God. It’s been last 6 years she never had any attack of Asthama.She treated thyroid related issues of my wife.I have referred many of my friends and relatives. They all are very much happy. Hence would like to refer Dr.neethu for Homeo in Jupitor.All the admin staffs are very supportive too...

There is an advice for Jupiter management.The lady staff inJupiter is disgusting to be precise theirs one obese and not so beautiful lady who has no manners and has no proper way to talk to customers. Jupiter will lose many customers because of this lady nurse. Other staffs are Good I like them. But her, she dnt have manners hows to talk with the other staffs also I have seen her behaving with them as if they are slaves.. Its a request to the management to do some need full changes as soon as possible with that lady staff whose name starts with A... Due to good doctors we are coming there.Overall, The Jupiter polyclinic is best✌

Worst experience ever !!the reception area has the worst service ever the fact that they arent giving the lab test results upon youre registration then when youre with the doctor and they would ask for the results you have to go back to line in the reception to ask for the results and again yoi have to wait when you can see the doctor who wouldnt even try to check the records they have and would just talk and talk to someone on their mobiles while they have a patient!! worst clinic ever. they will alsontell that they called to inform that the tests was not approved by the insurance and yet i didnt received any calls or notification on my mail.i wouldnt refer this to anyone i know and wont come back for any consultation again.

Nurses are very rude and unfriendly, especially. One short fair nurse, yesterday I went first time to the clinic, for my son.3years Dr recommended some blood test, the nurse she is very rude, no smiling, no communication, and a pick my sonhand with 5cc syringe 💉 usually for pediatric scalp vein using, today my son hand he cannot move comfortably and alsowith bluish discoloration, please train ur nurse how to treat the patients.

Horrible clinic with the worst experience ever! From the GM to the insurance representative to the nurse do not realize what their role is and how they should be performing their tasks. The clinic in Karama has a Nurse Ambli who is more interested in the type of insurance we hold, the Insurance representative Rajesh tells the patients to get approvals and recommendations from insurance and get back to him and all the people in senior management are not available for general masses. Highly recommend you do NOT step your feet into this clinic as they hold no emplathy for what the patient is going through rather interested in monetary gains.

I am staying in the same area and being new to dubai I was kind of lost searching for good Dr atleast for minor weather changes health issues. I have visited this clinic with fever worst cold sore throat following weakness nd eyes discomfort. Dr Rajesh was amazing Gp I met nd next day itself I was feeling much better.Staffs were very helpful evrything was being taken care. I also had a very good experience with their dermatologist. I am glad I got good Dr near my home and my insurance is also being taken care.

Please change your timing on web page bcoz nobody answers... Give us a correct trimmings.

Clicic is Good Dr as also fine but follow up service is horrible the staff keep you on hold and later disconnected they are very un friendly and Rude
