I went along with my cousin for the consultation as he was having sincere fever. The Doctor advised him for a Covid test.. The whole process was very smooth and was very comfortable.I must say about two staffs of yours....1- Mr. Irfan, from the insurance team who handled the case very professionally and made the whole process easier. He havent made us wait for anything. You guys should be very proud to have him as a part of your organization..2. Ms. Ardra.From the time we entered the clinic we saw her helping the patients without any issues.. She approached us and helped us in doing the registration and guided us to the consultation room. Though the reception and doctors consultation experience was very good , the blood sample collection process is very poor. The room remains closed for long time while lot of patients are waiting outside . And no clear procedure or token system for sample collection. It looks like the person who is collecting the blood sample himself has to pack the sample for transportation to the testing center and hence this delay .It appears that this area of the clinic is either under staffed or not handled by professional people.This is very disappointing for those who come with over 12 hours of fasting and yet wait in front of the sample collection room for hours.I am back again after few days now to show my reports to doctor. Again , a horrible experience with the queue and token system . In spite of taking appointment I have been waiting for my vitals to be taken with a complex alpha numeric token number , which has duplicate numbers with change in alphabet . It looks like A for appointment and G for walk in patients S for something else. And the following number is same .. So many patients miss their token number.. As such such a good clean facility and good doctors but mid managed by a complex process that makes the patient experience very poor.Once again , the consulting doctor is very good and after meeting him all other bad experience can be forgiven .

HiI have been visiting Aster for my medical needs for more than 20 years and now it’s customer service quality is declining considerably and it’s start from the counter and took quiet long time to process the records and provide token number.I came with acute stomach pain and doctor suggested a lab test and scan and the staff provide an appointment for scan after 3 days for diagnosing the problem!!!When insist for faster appointments they send to a quiet unfriendly staff in the nursing station not offering any help other than sending a mail.Before there was dedicate nursing staff with each doctor and they were taking care of all requirements .Also the lab report for diagnosis came after one day!!!When enquired, understand lab is no more in the clinic and in another place .So in case an emergency situation like chest pain how can I approach Aster since it take more than one day for result .Also the lab is not working on a token system and need to wait in front of the door and wait for the nurse call the name .As a well wisher please try to improve customer service .

Overall very good experience. Consulted Dr. Luba fathima for my wife.Very nice doctor. Explained all treatment options in detail very calmly.Nursing staff, are extremely helpful and was very nice to my wife and took extreme care. Nurse also helped to get the dischagre organized on a Saturday day night when most of the staff were already left or in day closing process.

I have been to other Asters clinics branches but this one was my best experience from the service to the waiting time was very less which was efficient. The pediatrician Dr. Suma Arun was very friendly, professional in the way she explained and also answered my questions appropriately to level of one understands better. The receptionist Juvi, very welcoming, her level of Customer Service I was satisfied, the blood test collection nurse Alphonso very patient and friendly. Very good clinic...everything can be done under one roof... its get very crowded at times...need to hire more staff and expand further if required the billing counter should have more staff and insurance approvals should have more automation and Sms communication to patient when it is submitted and when it is approved...the docs.. nurse ..reception...office boy all are very helpful and courteous

Very very poor service. Our appointment kept getting cancelled even though we personally went to the clinic to book an appointment. The call center of Aster is even worse. Communication with them in the past 2 weeks have been nothing short of a nightmare.

They were so quick and efficient, so pleasantly surprised.My PCR test results were available in less than 24 hours..so comforting not to stress about this anymore. Bad attitude & Customer serviceAs per the customer care they said walk in will be allowed until 1 hour before the consultation and I came all the way before 2 hours and 30 minutes but they said walk-in stopped.

First impression is best have you heard ?from the day till today i had all bad expirience reason i went to this clinic mty insurance cover under this hospital .1- Poor guideliness fro doctor2- every time you visit they keep on diverting you3- call center is so poor ,no response at all even if you stay in call more than 5 minuts :(4- medicine they prescribe wont cover under insurancehospital is become bussiness now ad days that you can see it here cristal clearlyits been more than 5 days till today i havent received any call or message of my CT scan report ( what they promised 2 to 3 days i will receive call still im waiting for thei call with pain in pancrease :(over all i had bad expirience , Even im ready to go to leagally to file complaint againt their poor & wrong diagnosis ( if any one here facing problem like me join our hand we togeter ask for sudgment , im almost pushed into dieing situation one becuse of their poor services in over all )Last but not least - if you wana get more sick just visit this clinic * :(

The clinic doesn’t know their timing well or fails to inform their timing to customer or patients. Cam here at 22.10 to consult for my toddlers high fever and there is no doctors . The were busy cleaning and counting cash .!!Then the timing of the clinic should be 22.00 not 23.00 !!

I’m Ragesh Ravindranath a resident of Dubai and working in Qusais.I had suffered a cardiac arrest a month before and survived the same.Last April 19th morning after I came to my office I felt some uneasiness in my chest and some pain on both of my arms. I felt something was wrong and decided to visit the hospital to consult a Doctor.I went to the Aster Clinic in Al Qusais which was close to my office. As I reached the clinic the pain started increasing and I became more restless. I informed the same to Ms.Ardra who was there at the reception guiding people entering the clinic. Without waiting for any registration process she immediately took me to the Vitals room and upon checking found that I had a very high BP. The nurse who attended me informed Dr.Shakeel and I was advised by the Doctor to do an ECG immediately. My ECG was done and I was in the waiting area as the nurse went to show the ECG result to Doctor. As I was waiting there I started feeling dizzy and I felt unconscious there. Thereafter what happened was all explained later by my colleague who there with me.The doctors as well as the nurses who attended me took good care of me and did was needed to keep me surviving till the ambulances arrived. Not to forget the other staff of the clinic who organized everything so that the the Doctors could properly attend to me.It was kind of a rebirth for me at Aster Al Qusais clinic. I would be always grateful for this second life of mine to each and every staff of the clinic for their support and heartfelt prayers. I would say by Gods grace I was at the right place and more importantly among the right people at that difficult time.Post this incident I was admitted to a speciality hospital and I undergone Angioplasty procedure and now after a few weeks of rest now I’m back to duty.Once again I would like to express my extreme gratitude towards all the staff of Al Qusais Aster Clinic

Ive been to Aster multiple multiple times but for the first time Id visited Dr. Suma Arun ( Pediatrics) for my baby. She is very arrogant and rude. Has no patience to let the other person explain their concerns clearly. The way she talks is very rude and in an irritated manner. Answers personal calls in between. Have to be one of the worst doctor experiences Ive had in Aster.That was the first and the last time I visited her.On the other hand, Dr. Lubna Fatimah is probably one of best gynecologists in Dubai. Confident and professional about her work. Highly recommend her.

Today (20th FEB) I visited Aster Clinic Al Qusais(Damascus Street) to get checked. Doctor and nurse were all good.Doctor suggested test which needs price quotation and approval from my company as my insurance is pay and claim basis.I requested the nurse sitting outside for this, she said she has informed the Hospital about this price quotation and I will get it soon.I gave my email id and phone number but several hours passed nothing showed up. No price quotation at all from the hospital or clinic.Called the ASTER call center for the same, No help from there also as they also raised the request.Got a call from your number 042576333 stating that the issue has been raised on an urgent basis but said that most probably the quotation will come tomorrow.When I will get the quotation GOD only knows....I mean what is going on .... really the quotation bill which can be generated in minutes (max half an hour) will take this much time.and your tagline is WELL TREAT YOU WELL .... Is this what you will call a good treatment?What I will get for this review ... a sorry, an apology. I visited with very high hopes ignoring the google reviews that clearly states how irresponsible your system is. After going through all this I know I made a mistake by visiting you.DO SOMETHING ....Your apology doesnt count.A Person who is sick goes to you full of optimism that he or she will be cured well . Dont let them suffer.Again hoping for best of you.

The clinic is good and also the doctors. The only thing I hate is to contact the clinic. There is no way to reach the clinic directly. You need to call the customer care and they will contact to clinic to call back. I need to wait several hours for small thing to be conveyed. I needed to do an ultrasound in priority but reaching the clinic to request some info is a night mare. Please improve this. At least let the clinic call back in 1-2 hours without having to wait the whole day.I hope my feedback is taken into consideration

Worst clinic and poor service... so disappointed. Still struggling to get the PCR report. I made around 10 calls but no one responds properly. They make 100 excuses and 101 irresponsible answers. This is not the 1st time i am facing an issue with Aster. During my miscarriage they did the same thing. They pricked me few times saying it is the wrong place and after taking the tests i was told to come again to re do the blood test as their messenger got late to come for sample collection and blood sample had been sitting in the lab for a long time. Apparently the test should be done with in 2 hours after taking the sample. And now I am going through a similar situation with PCR test reports.

Yesterday I went aster clinic with a dental problem. I took online appointment for Dentist Dr.Manikandan. I have great experience with staffs and doctor. Doctor explained everything clearly nurse also support. Aster clinic accepte all insurance. Parking space also available. Nellara restaurant near to aster clinic. Walkable distance from metro station. Before I went to clinic I was checked the reviews, but I feel good. Excellent service.

I have been visiting this branch from Ajman since last 3/4 years. As Aster doesnt have endocrinologist in any branch of Northern Emirates (except Al Nadha, Sharjah since last one year). Well experienced and qualified Doctors and Nurses are there. Specially Dr. Kingini Badran and Dr. Shakeel Ahmad is very kind and helpful beyond there duties. Office staffs are professional and helpful within there limit. Just one thing Aster management should work out, if they can improve on waiting time for petient to open a file in the system as it takes always 15-20 minutes for the front desk operator to log in/fill in petient details whether its appointment or walking, new or old, insurance or self payment petient. Thanks

I had been to this clinic for my sons treatment. Dr Suma, the pediatrician was very kind and understanding and she even stayed back after her duty time to listen to my concerns. She advised some blood tests and the point I want to highlight here is the dedication of the staff nurses in the clinic who took my sons blood sample. My son is 5 years old and from the moment he entered the room for the blood test he started screaming and crying and pushing everyone around him violently. 4 staff nurses came immediately in spite of the clinic being so busy and they struggled to get my son settled and somehow extracted his blood sample. We parents had almost given up but the nurses there didnt hesitate for a second and they could get his sample in the first attempt itself. I really appreciate the dedication and skill of the nurses in this clinic, all of them, but I have to specially name the ones who were present there that time, Staff nurses Bincy, Anu, Alphonsa and Elmi.
