I want to leave my feedback on what happened to me today at their spa. The girls who served me and the masseuse are very nice and friendly. I have nothing against them. But the spa itself you will need to repair normally. At first, during the massage the light turned on which scared me and I wasn’t relaxed, then during the massage we changed the room and went to another room because they couldn’t turn off the light. Then I went to take a shower and when I closed the door from inside the door was locked , the shower stalls were probably old that the door locked. I stood there for 20 minutes or more , I dont know for sure, because I didn’t take my phone with me. I tried to open this lock and tried very hard that my hand was very red and slightly scratched , I called for help and yelled no one heard as the shower room is in the corner . Thanks God one employee noticed. And their managers tried to open it 15-20 min. I was supposed to get relax and to relieve stress after the massage but on the contrary I got stress. It was my first visit and I was very disappointed. Please change the locks or warn at least everyone not to close the doors in shower room and fix the light in the massage room. Because since such an experience that I got today, I don’t wish anyone. Manager didn’t even apologize but girls are was so polite and helpful. And massage was good 👍🏼

Unfortunately very average. Went for deep tissue massage but it was more like a basic relaxing one. Requested more pressure but no change. The therapist was clearly quite inexperienced (not a balanced massage, eg one leg done much less thoroughly than the other).
