My treatment was altered in between sessions to suit my bodys response. No additional cost was added. I have been at the center for almost a month now for lpg treatment. And since this is the first time I have tried it I absolutely loved it I already noticed a difference from the first 5 sessions and so do did my family. Very friendly and organised. I had gone to FCBS with severe neck pain and muscle spasm due to the nature of my work and posture. Pain was too severe and unbearable to wait for normal procedures in a clinic and get insurance coverage. Had 5 sessions with Therapist Ms. Farheen, felt a lot better after the 1st session itself. I have travelled quite a lot and have been to many Asian countries where I always made sure to get a massage. My past poor experiences, including in Singapore and Thailand, have left me wondering why is it that people love massage that much, until I found FCBS.Let me start by discussing Orlita my masseuse, who I found to be a true professional. She listens and she genuinely cares. She has been so attentive and caring. Tiny details such as asking me whether I liked a glass of water at the end of the session meant a lot to me and let me tell you, the water came always cold as I prefer it and the glass came always covered. When it comes to her massage, she always made sure to enlighten me about the process and explain what and why she did that. I had come out of a surgery and have had 15 painful massages in a different centre but that all came to an end when I found FCBS and was lucky to be assigned Orlita. I wish they did not only medical massages, I would have come here every week.This centre makes sure to give you reminders not only via texts but by calls as well which shows they care about making sure you don’t miss that session that is gonna leave you feeling well.Moving to the management, I have honestly not seen such genuine management in a while. These people truly care about the wellbeing AND satisfaction of their clients. They will professionally deal with whatever you address them.Coming here has been an absolute pleasure. Bad first impression!Based on their reviews I thought this would be a good and proffesional place.On their website they say that they do a bunch of services such as lymphiatic drainage massage. But when I contacted them and asked about it, I was told they they don’t even provide the services they mention on their website. Not a reliable place If you ask me.
