Im from USA. Honestly, I have been multiple places in Dubai, and this is the best place I have experience. They have GREAT customer service, hospitality,clean,and food is awsome! The lamb chops and pizza was my favorite. Arun is a great host and very polite! I high recommend to anyone that wants to enjoy a safe and clean fun!

Good ambience, kind of a fancy place. Very good treatment by the staff, they were helpful, especially our waiter. Would come back during the winter so that we can sit out!

This place is heavenly. The service is excellent. The food is so yummy to the tummy. Honestly I went with my friends we were really surprised by the amazing hosting of the staff and the quality of food, even the chef was here to welcome us. We had a really good experience. Even the prices are really good.

Visited @sundownerslounge yesterday with a group of friends to watch the IPL match. I was there for hardly an hour but loved the ambiance of the place. Their service and the staff adds to the charm. Perfect place to hang out with friends. They also have live food stations.Im surely going to give this place another visit and this time for longer hours!.

Go to place for drinks and food. Great outdoor seating with happy hours running everyday on selected drinks. Their Tikka items are a must have and you can use Zomato Pro on the food.

A very calm and beautiful place near the pool... Myself and my friend had spend couple of hours in the evening... The waiter Arun gave us a great Hospitality from entering the place till we left. The service was really good and so was the ambiance.

Shisha price is pretty high but nice staff .lack of appetizer is one of the negative point.

The Sundowners restaurant and bar, in the Majestic Hotel Bur Dubai floor H.I have been staying at the hotel for 3 months and have visited other bars and restaurants, the great food, ambience, service, cleanliness, happy hour each day until 10pm, helps make this restaurant is the best place in Dubai. The difference is the staff, who are managed exceptionally by Jenny, and the attention you get is excellent. A very cool lounge restaurant in the heart of Dubai with comfortable lounge chairs. We had great food served by a very friendly staff. The location plays great music which gives you the feeling of being in a fancy club. The prices are absolutely okay. Definitely a place worth visiting.

Visited this place today and just love the vibe and service. The food along with sheesha and drinks all were amazing. A very big thank you to the chef and servers, they were really helpfull and friendly and helped us choosing the best dishes. The food was amazing and top notch with good quantity.

Fairly priced, quick and friendly service, and good quality food. Shisha is a bit pricy and cannot be shared (even using separate filters). I have always used the open area. The inside section is a bit dull and usually unoccupied.

One of the most beautiful venues to enjoy a drink outdoors in Bur Dubai, especially in this weather. Lots of social distancing, a big screen and the frills are fab.

This is my second review and the third time we visited in the same month. The place is fantastic you will not believe you could find such a calm and chilled environment in burdubai. The happy hour deals are really unbelievable. You could get alcoholic beverages from 17aed if i remember properly. Sisha is pretty good and their food is amazing as always. We tried the live grill option this time and was so yummy. They also offer the zomato gold and emirates platinum offers (25% & 35%) for food and other beverages which our not included in happy hour.

It has a nice ambience outside with more than normal warmth from the staff. Their sheesha is also nice.

I visited this place for the very first time on one of our friends birthday. Food was delicious and so was the aura. Not the least well behaved staff makes you feel special.

Very nice place, the outdoor sitting is awesome. Staff is very friendly and understanding. We had a 6 year old kid with us and the staff made sure they interacted with kid as well. Food is also nice, happy hours on drinks available. We had a good time and will surely visit again. Definately will recommend to friends and family.

Sundowners, I miss you. Such a beautiful location located on the outside deck of the Majestic City Retreat Hotel. They have a large variety of shisha flavors to offer and the prices are always great, especially if you follow the different offers advertised in the hotel (for example: ladies night). Staff is knowledgeable and very competent.

A nice place to relax, summer time can be a little hot but they do have aircons which help.Wish the music was a little louder though.

Such a lovely place that is a hidden gem in Bur Dubai. It has an outdoor terrace setting with a lovely soft playlist playing in the background, the staff is amazing and its not overcrowded

Shisha is bad, quality and quantity of mixtures in the drinks not good at all. Never order a Sangria here because they really dunt know how to cut an apple since i had sliced apple pieces rather than small pieces. Two stars only for the place and the staff

Nice place to hangout in open with friends, especially if you are into shisha. Though coolers are provided sitting outdoors in summer for lon time is not a good idea, unless you want to end up sweating and drinking.In terms of food, they share the same kitchen as barrels. So dont expect much difference in taste and quality.All in all, if looking for a quite place to hangout in bur dubai area with big seating, head to sundowners.

I don’t usually write reviews but felt I had to for this beautiful terrace. I was looking for a place in Bur Dubai to have a shisha and something to drink and just relax with a book. This place is perfect. Not only is the music perfect for the relaxed atmosphere but the staff here couldn’t be any nicer than they are. All smiles and so welcoming and customer service at its best! As soon as I finished my drink they were straight over to see if I wanted anything else. As a shisha fan, I can say the shisha was great and the coal topped up regularly. A lady called Jenny who I’m guessing was part of guest relations came over to say hello and personally welcome me and told me about what’s happening here during the week. I had a little starter as something to eat while I had my drink and shisha and it was lovely. Not overly priced and a really lovely hang out place. I will be back and wish I had found this little treasure earlier! Great service and product all around.
