Stunning view and amazing atmosphere.Mercury Longe is located at the rooftop of Four Season Hotel.Lounge is very very beautiful and cocktail always well done.From the lounge you will have an amazing view on Dubai.Characteristic of the place is that there are different areas that you can choose what is more suitable for you: close to the bar more open or more quite and with privacy. On the bar or with the view.If you wanna spend a nice evening with friend or your “better half” or alone it’s the right place. Have a look is worth it.

First of all the Four Seasons hotel is amazing. And the the terrace where Mercury is located is fantastic. The view, the design, the ambiance, the nice breeze. The service is really professional and relaxed and friendly. And of course the food. Exceptional. The beef tartare prepared on the spot was delicious, the cheese platter was very well composed and of course the veal as main course was fantastic. Really tasty, well cooked and nicely presented. Overall it was an excellent choice!

Upon arriving at the Four Seasons you would imagine the Mercury Lounge to have a great setting and it does but as far as our positive feelings towards the Mercury Lounge go that would be the end. After getting seated and waiting too long for service you are handed a menu that contains a very normal set of dishes that is exorbitantly priced. The quality of the food was certainly more than adequate, but the prices are even higher than the prices at other high-end establishment and the portions were really small as well. Overall we feel that Mercury Lounge is way overpriced and we would not recommend going there for food. If you are nearby and you are looking for a decent spot for drinks we would recommend it, but we went home with regrets.

Great view, upbeat atmosphere. Staff is very friendly inside. Popular with Russian tourists and residents, sprinkled with a variety of other cultures. Fun and buzzing atmosphere. Older crowd is old school chic, younger crowd is hipster chic. Crowd on the night I went was mostly between 30 and 40 years old with some exceptions.

Good Shisha and decent food options. The salted fish takes the food prize. Otherwise this rooftop bar really is a winter hangout as even early summer seating was difficult to handle heat wise.

I went there based on the place pictures. I booked a table 2 hours ahead and made specific request for a nice table with city view as i was trying to impress my guest. However, once we have arrived we were told there is no table available matching my request! I was offered back facing table instead of city view. We had to wait for about 20 minutes with no one at all bothered to offer the menu or even look at us. I had to go back to the receptionist and ask for some one to serve us. The menu is so limited. The food is good enough, but so over priced. Overall, the place is overrated and service is as bad enough that i have to such review.

A lounge with a perfect view.On the back side you have a view on the garden and the pools of the hotel. If you look a bit further you have a view in the see.On the front side you have a beautiful view on the skyline of Dubai.The service is good but not excellent.

Absolutely unprofessional security downstairs by the elevator, no manners to speak at all, terrible customer service. I had to speak to the manager and he didn’t even give us a discount In order to apologize but only said that they are sorry. Never gonna go there again.

The second you enter this place, you really feel luxury in every corner. And you feel welcomed. Night brunch is delicious.

They Egyptian Securty at the door asked me to give him money to let me in , very unprofessional girls at the door only letting Russian girls and they go inside and jump in any table without reservation

Classy and stylish rooftop bar in Four Seasons Jumeirah, Dubai. Great place to catch up with friends or bring your guests to impress them. The DJ plays great beats. Music is not loud; enough to enjoy and talk to your friends. One down side to the place is minimum spend of dhs 350 on weekdays. However, for price concious customers there is always the option of sitting at the bar or high tables where you pay off the menu.

We were presented with 2 different bills one was 300 AED extra ... one waiter was trying to charge us more because we appeared like khaliji ..... very disappointing and won’t visit again.. photo is posted showing both bills and the extra charge was hand written on the bill and not listed on the actual menu .... I love this place. We came here after an event at the Four Seasons, it has a beautiful view of Dubai and while youd think the drinks will be over priced, they are actually very comparable to other lounges in Dubai. The service and the ambiance is very chilled. Would love to come here to watch the sunset one day.

Nice place and with a great view but sadly horrondous service. It seems the waiters are only interested in serving you if its big orders like bottles of spirits or in general if you are a big spender. We had made a booking and came for a couple of drinks and finger food. The drinks and food items were good and tasted nice. But apparently ordering a large bottle of water was a difficult task. It took (not even exaggerating) 1.5 hours to get it while having reminded 4 different members of staff. I have never seen something like that before and the lack of care was shocking. On top of that after 2 hours we were nicely told to move to another table at the back area because they needed the tent for other guests. Bare in mind we had reserved our table a few days prior. Summed up a pretentious place and will never go back.

Stunning open air smart casual lounge open 6pm to 3am, shisha and meals with a wide selection of drinks, non alcohol cocktails known as mock tails also available.Friendly service. The reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5 star is die to the pricing which is so expensive or seems they cater only for foreigners paying with dollars or pounds.

I really like it there, wonderful place to go in the winter, great prices, nice selection of food and drinks, nice views of of the skyline, my only issue last time I went was with the live music.....It was a bit too loud and not the best honestly, made it almost impossible to have a conversation and every time they took a break there was a sigh of relief. Otherwise great place would still continue to go there regardless, just lower the live music performer maybe a tiny bit, just enough to be able to hold a conversation.

My experience at the mercury lounge was absolutely horrendous. My first and last time. Service was terrible, staff was rude. They made us feel like we should feel fortunate to be in the crappy institution. They purposely ignored us when we called them, making eye contact and turning away. When we yelled to call them, they came to our table and reprimanded us, stating that they dont accept that kind of behaviour.We asked for Charcoil for our shishas, the guy showed up after 25 min claiming that people keep taking his charcoil and thats why we had to wait.A 5 star hotel like the 4 season should demand more of its restaurants. Very disappointed in the quality of service and quality of food.The venue is beautiful, such a shame that its so poorly run.

I regret to be obliged to inform you that my friend and I were recently victim of a discriminatory characterised measure.In fact, we showed up to thursday 21st April around 2 am at Mercury bar lounge to have a last drink before the bar closure. The access to it was refused for the reason : the access to the bar is exclusively reserved for guest with reservation. On a thursday night we totally understand this policy might be applied but as it was already 2 am and the place was getting less packed, we hoped something could have been done to satisfy us. Unfortunately the attitude of the lady at the reception was very rude, she expressly called the elevator showing us the exit way without letting us finish our verbal exchange. As some groups were leaving at the same time, i asked them in front of her if they had a booking to access the bar, everyone answered that they just walked in and did not make any reservation. The receptionist added i dont want to be impolite , please leave. Before leaving i asked for booking a table on friday night, and i asked if we should also book for the bar, she affirmed that every single spot had to be booked even at the bar and the minimum spending was 3000 dh for every table including the bar. To remove all doubt from my mind, once out of the establishment, I wished to raise a complain to the manager on duty last night to confirm the employees statements responsible for gender filter.I truly believe that my friend and I were victim of gender discrimination because we are two single ladies we have been assimilated for indecent persons. This kind of incident never occurred when I showed up accompanied by a man.You will therefore understand my disappointment.
