They keep sending me msg with the pin number for the last 8 days, but nobody even tried to deliver my parcel. As well they put falce inflation for the delivery update, that the customer change delivery address and its never happened.

They sent me an sms to choose my location for delivery. I already gave the location when I was ordering, I do not understand why they need it again.At the time you are choosing location, you just give the google maps pin location. No space to write down building name and apartment number.Then they call you at random time to inform you they are on the way to deliver the parcel to you, but dont specify the time. They also ask you for the location once again.Then you try to get the information what time exactly are they coming and this is the exact answer I got 7, 6, 5, 100% I am coming.Can you please offer us a pick up from location on our own time, because the idea of delivering to your door sounds great on paper, but you do not execute it well.If your business is only delivering parcels, then you should go through your customers reviews and improve on the notes mentioned.

I never send by this company. So have nothing to say. But was receiving the package from China first time so my experience was good. At night I received the msg that my parcel picked up by courier and I received it by afternoon same day. I dont know the name of driver guy but he was so kind and polite by phone . His phone no ends with 8166. I dont know how the company works in general but mine today and only experience was extremely good. Thank you 😊

I have an Aliexpress return pending in Dubai and nobody picks up when I call Naqel Express. AliExpress customer service is also absolutely horrible and they have not been helpful and even closed my dispute without any refund. I need to ship my order back to AliExpress for a free return if someone has been able to do it successfully I would greatly appreciate your help!

Terrible delivery service. They call you for the wrong delivery package, and then claim they actually delivered the item to you when you didnt even receive anything. Their customer service number is always busy, even during work hours. I managed to get a human being on the line only once, and she told me to call again in 10 minutes and inshallah someone might help you. Please fix this.

Looking at the negative reviews almost felt it was useless to deal with them. I had a damaged item to be returned and refunded from Aliexpress.. The arabic lady in riyadh is helpful provided you speak Arabic (she understands everything in English bt wont use it to emphasize importance of Arabic language :D)I returned item physically, the staff were courteus and nice,explained me the process.. Overall my refund was initiated and less than a week it ws all processed in full. I would like to thank them as tobe honest I was expecting looong delays and lots of back and forth.

In short, They dont really care about the parcel and submit fake tracking info to hide that they arent delivering the package. I have received around 4 shipments from them in the past. My most recent shipments arrived in the airport on the 16th, I received them on the 17th. My order received at their office at 1st of December and they called me for the delivery but the cariour lost the item Im keep calling them for the last 4 weeks and keep hearing that they will check and back after that they simply told me to ask Aliexpress for refund and its not their responsibility.I have tried that but simply rejected by Aliexpress because their driver lost the package and he confirmed that.They are poor unprofessional and they lost your package.

Regularly im buying from Ali Express using Aliexpress Direct, once my item reached UAE Customs, the next following day it will deliver by Naqel complete with SMS notif and WhatsApp for your location dropping. And even when you call their customer service they will politely help you with the tracking. I think with the past reviews they change their service from worst to best so I will rate 5 star.

Initially there seems to have been problems with their delivery. Howeevr they seem to have fixed this issue now and last 2 occasions it was perfect and did not even have to call their call center. Was delivered the next day it arrived in the country. I really hope Naqel Express keeps up to this.EDIT: They seem to be back with their delays and non responsiveness. They really were going great but guess they couldnt keep up with it.

One of the worst shipping and logistics companies ever, I advise you to avoid them. I had a shipment which was delivered to Dubai in 28/7 and as per them it is missing some information, they called me to get some address information to update on system and then called me again to get the same Details and whenever I call to follow up they say there is no address information, please provide it. I provided the address more than 5 times and raised a complain and it is still not solved.

Delivered my aliexpress package within 3 days of it arriving at their facility.I called the center to ask questions about the delivery and was promptly helped by a kind employee. Calling at 9 am exactly when they open helped to get a response. I tried calling later in the middle of the day, and had no representative available and received an automated response instead.Later, I received an sms from them notifying me that the package is out for delivery and indeed it arrived 2 hours later.Overall positive experience.

Its been 3 times I purchased form Ali express and Naqel Express delivered the package.Cant understand why the Ali Express is using this phetatic courier service for its packages delivery..... first of all they have call center some where in KSA where the call center agent doesnt speak English...every time I receive SMS that couldnt deliver the package as customer didnt replied but in actual no one calls for package delivery....they use some free Lancer delivery guys those are untrained and unprofessional.I would suggest Ali Express to look for some other courier company in UAE for deliveries.

Honestly Naqel Express you should be embarrassed of how bad you are. All the reviews are 500% correct, you are totally unprofessional, it takes hours to get anyone on the phone if someone does decide to pick up, not to mention that you hold packages for so long, frustrating the customer to the point that they just agree with the seller to get a refund. Its shocking that Companies like you are allowed to operate. Like many other reviewers I wish there was a way of giving you negative stars because you do not even deserve those. Get your act together or shut down. Never never never again, a real joke of an organisation.

Poor logistic system, customer service is soft spoken but they are clueless where is the shipment. No follow-up call from concerned department on query raised regrading the status of delivery. HAVE NOT SEEN ANY COURIER COMPANY THIS BAD ON REPLYING WITH CORRECT STATUS OF PARCEL.

Horrendous service. They texted me at 9am that my delivery is on the way. I was not even home that morning. They dont let you know a day or two in advance so you can plan to be at home. At 11 something, a delivery guy is calling me that he is at my house. I am explaining that they didnt give me proper notice of his arrival. He says we notified you 3 hour ago. Seriously? The phone number that was sent to me in a text massage to rearrange my delivery does not work! Ordered from aliexpress on july 30th got on august 15, the package was with naqel express for a week,kept delaying and asked my information 3 times (customer service is pretty good) called once a lady picked up gave her my address she said it will arrive in 2 days but it didnt then contacted naqel on insta the next day it was out for delivery but i didnt get it it said returned to warehouse technical issues please provide information contact naqel but then once I contacted them again they asked to provide my info again and finally today (the day after then 2nd time I contacted them on insta because friday is holiday) i got my package im just happy i didnt have to wait months like other people are waiting for their package to arrive :) recommended but keep contacting them until u get ur shipment via insta or call (in the morning )It was a sensitive pc part and im happy its not broken on bent :)

Good customer service by the call center agents. I called twice and they responded quickly and helped me out (Call their office number the one on website doesn’t work). 5 stars to the 2 women from customer service who picked my call and helped me. Delivery driver was good (Greeted me well) and came on time but he should’ve contacted me about the time he was coming all I got was a text from Naqel 8 am in the morning and my order came around 4-5 pm. Anyway online tracking is not good also the online chat bot is a fail I asked the chat bot to deliver my order twice and it didn’t do a thing and I had to contact customer service who helped me out. My order was picked on 10th yet it was delivered on 14th. Anyhow I’m happy I got my package (AliExpress) over all good service.-Happy customer.

I was so worried after i received a text message that my Aliexpress order infos were take by the Naqel Express, because usually the order is going straight to the address where i ask. Maybe because of the corona or maybe this are the new procedures.Anyway, after i received the message i did a research about this company and i got panicked after i read all the bad reviews.I’ve tried to contact them, but nobody answered, so i believed that all this negative words are true.I was very happy when a nice girl from this company called me to ask the exact location and double checked with her on whatsapp as well.The package was delivered to my address in the next 2 days.Conclusion, maybe i was a happy case, but i was very satisfied with their service.Good luck everybody!

Absolutely horrendous. Got an SMS that my package would be delivered that day. Was home all day, delivery person never showed. Got another SMS that evening that I apparently was not home. Phone number in SMS is in another country. Trying since 2 days to reach them but never make it beyond the holding pattern. How companies with such poor quality can exist is beyond me.

First of All I tried to call them several times within a week time period and 10-15 minutes of holding time and no one is answering. I had order delivery from Ali Express. Today I got sms that your order is delivered to whom it was not mentioned because I was outside and earlier to this no body called me from naqel to confirm my availability on the address and by seeing the sms I start calling Naqel again with the holding time of 20-20 mints no body answer the call. Then I got a call from my neighbors they receive the order. My Phone no. is mentioned on the parcel but Delivery guy dont even bother to call me. If my neighbor dont called me and naqel is not answering. I might lost my parcel. Ali Express should reconsider the delivery arrangement with the 3rd class naqel.

Aliexpress Direct current courier is Naqel, their service is very good. There are areas that needs to be improved like customer service and the mobile app.

People take time to put a review only when it is negative but not when theyve had a positive experience. I always get an SMS stating that it will be delivered 3-9 working days and it usually arrives in 3 working days but last April 22, 2020 my package arrived in the country it took them a while considering the COVID-19 situation so I reached out to their customer service rep named Anita. She said they couldnt deliver it on time due to the situation and because of volume of deliveries. She was consistent in replying and Bilal who is my usual courier was professional and kind enough to deliver despite busy times. Thank you for all that you do.

Nowadays I used to collect the pickups from naqel , staffs are too supportive to update on the status. Guy named Rashid is too helpful .

Aliexpress now use naqel as final courier at UAE. no tracking update and need more than a week for delivery. but at least i received my parcel.
