We had international move with this company. Our air freighted boxes all came resized and damaged, belongings inside were damaged and lost respectively. We paid extra money for boxes on non-standard size to go by plane and they were made smaller (obviously to cut their costs as when I asked to send me the air bill with boxes dimension that went on plane, I didn’t get it). One month after still no clear answer what happened, the company doesn’t take any responsibility for it.Sea freight boxes came fine however one box went missing and one item came without any marks on it and packaging. Company gave some silly excuse about why the box went missing and stop replying emails.Taking into consideration that their prices for relocation are much higher than other companies, the service quality is low and unprofessional. The worst thing nobody considers themselves accountable for anything.
