Hi everyone Smart lulu international mover and cargo campany is fraud they take my parcel 📦 dont send to my home county.they dont recive call and replay...if somebody know about them so tell me please help me...

They are nice at the beginning but after you send the money and problems appear which they should solve , they stop responding, leave you on read and you have no idea what’s going on with your stuff and if you’ll ever see them again. Update - they lost our stuff ( Dubai to Uk even tho they told us it’s already in Uk , apparently not anymore) and told us there’s nothing they can do about it. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!! They have fake reviews too

Now its 3 months, no details of my cargo. I called the person on given number but not picking up calls. Tried with another number then only he picked the call and said will check and provide status, but still no information of cargo. Still calling with both numbers but not picking up calls.

Good Services and Safely moversI had shifted my goods and parcel so many times through so many courier company but never been satisfied.
