GSC CARGO IS Worst cargo service. They book my cargo ( furnitures, tv ,crockery, fridge, all house stuff) on 13.09.2020 & delivered in india 28.12.2020. All items are damaged and dented. all glass item broken. Before pay they they talk to u in sugarcoting( Sameer & sarfraz the guy) once you pay they did not care any thing ,not replying your phone, msg. if u plan to book any cargo go with another reputed cargo service or better u sell your stuff in UAE is more beneficial and less painful.very unprofessional.

Today marks 100 days since my cargo consisting of 19 items was picked up in Dubai on 31st of May 2021...and it is yet to be delivered as of 7th September 2021.The journey so far has been the utmost frustrating and regretful, and considering my experience with GSC till date, this episode is no where close to completion.Items were well packed and shipped, the two gentleman who came were very professional, quick and well coordinated, hats off to them on that. The cargo as per the tracking system provided by GSC is supposed to have arrived in India around mid June 2021, from then on, there is absolutely no progress, or any credible update from the customer service which is heading to a definite delivery date. There has been no option to escalate within their organization, neither does it appear that there is someone who tracks undelivered items beyond THREE MONTHS.Imagine yourself relocating and expecting your items to be delivered within 30-45days, yet after 100 days there is no sign of the items, and you are forced to procure items, and wonder about the condition of the goods if at all they get delivered...Just speechless!!!

Very Pathetic Cargo Service. They handled my cargo in a very unprofessional manner. The whole day I was waiting in front of Cochin Port to get the cargo release from the Cargo Carrier after the customs clearance. Around 50 plus calls and whatsapp messages sent to the agent for knowing the reason ....but hey were not even replying properly and finally 123 Cargo people helped me to release the cargo within 15 mins.....Also it took more than 70 days to dispatch it from their Dubai warehouse...I just shared my last week experience... thanks

Worst cargo service. Gave my parcel in 21.09.2020 and i was told that cargo will reach your address within 40 days. I called the company after 45 days they said it will take another week to deliver. Called them again after a week and got same reply. It been more than 90 days and they are still saying 1 week each time i call.Very unprofessional.Never book with Gsc cargo

We used them for our air freight shipment to the UK with an added insurance cover but on arrival the TV screen was smashed. When it came to claiming we were given conflicting stories, basically we paid for the insurance but our shipment was not covered. Never dealt with anyone so unprofessional and to date we have not had a call back or any response to our emails. A word of caution never ever use this company as they are frauds. Never had such a bad experience in my life.

This is my honest opinion and Ive thought a lot about what Im going to say about this company. (items were shipped from Dubai to the UK).Positives: quick and easy pick up and sending the items off, reasonably priced (despite an extra cost being added on after the items were put through at customs, worth asking them about this). Arrived in exactly 21 working days over the span of 2 days (I had 4 big packages in total). The packaging was brilliant no holes wrips or tears in the boxes and bubble wrap. All my items were intact.Negatives: wasnt as quick as I was hoping for. The customer service is TERRIBLE! The employees were not responsive, unprofessional and did not reply to my messages via email, WhatsApp, and normal messaging. They did not give a tracking number or at least a valid one. One guy saw my WhatsApp messages and completely ignored me anyway. I finally got through to who I assume is the ceo in dubai of the company and he gave me the tracking number and details. Soon after his reply my items arrived today.Overall, I would recommend this company as a second or third option.

Very irresponsible Cargo. The items sent via them are broken and damged. The answer from them is, we didnt give guarantee for items and used items will break and only few items are brokenBetter use another Cargo else you will get your items broken & damaged and spent money for transport also.My cloth dryer is completely bent, utensils and plastic items are broken. Groceries packing opened and got mixed.Very poor Cargo

Stay clear! We used them for shipping our household stuff from Dubai to London - 2 months late, most of the items broken, someone elses boxes sent by mistake, surprised these guys have been able to do business with this level of service!
