There is a line outside a container people need to wait there under desert hot sun regardless. No one gives any information. The Ambassadors treat everyone like dogs. Just go there and wait is the only treatment you can get.

So unfair for accounts owned by women, Appointments get canceled 9-10 times, Drivers with manual consignment come and take tokens at 4am. Am i expected to come in so early and wait with them till the warehouse opens?. As a startup account i cant hire drivers and courriers. Operations team kindly look into this issue!

Always worst situation here , No use of appointment. My appointment was 22:45pm , And i reached on time , First i got a token number and was waiting for my turn till 23:45pm, afterwards i got appointment paper which just say seller arrived which is actually incorrect as i arrived at 22:45pm , than after half hour security alllowed be to go inside , there is only 4 parking space per dock , Surprisingly i got my turn at 12:30pm but there is a twist ... Collection people goes on brake , and only one security guy was there , which was not answerable ( as per his words) , And no onduty manager ... so disrespectful... No respect for sellers ... I am still waiting...

Very organised warehouse with lot of security check and safety rules ( avoid slippers while going bcz u will not be accepted ).It took 15 mn to deliver our items , only issue was the distance it is so far and u will take 50 mn to get there in this heat.Ps: before going try to get all your papers,box labels,products labels,qr code sent in ur email and everything will be smooth for delivery

Its extremely difficult to know your opening times, I really feel upset of dealing with you. In every time I deliver items to the warehouse I get disappointed. Please, clarify your opening times, your appointments and all conditions. And try to make it easy for sellers to deal with you.

In my first experience to deliver my items to Amazons warehouse, it was extremely difficult to finish all processes. Not because of the workers there but because of the difficult system: first thing: they receive a very limited number of sellers and they dont mention this on the website. You have to go many times to get a chance for delivering your items or you have to book an appointment (which is not mentioned on the website too). Then, you have to wait for a along time (around half an hour after your appointment) to finish all processes. Please, describe all of this on the account seller, its a kind of respect to save people time.Its also a very far area thats why its not easy to go everyday.

Not respecting their own appointment time.Visit them if you dont have any other thing to do that day.

One of the largest e-commerce fulfillment center . FBA. You need token of you want to drop your items for fulfillment. If its less than 100 PCs.

I personally go there to submit my product but its really hard if u r new and want go that place for submit your product for selling in Amazon wherehouse because of the management i think they should work for customer services

Very nice and organized warehouse. Remember to wear safety shoes and jacket. It took around 15-20 max minutes to delivery my products.

I had a good experience with them (local order and pick-up). On time delivery, well packaged, good service and friendly staff. They didnt have the item in the color that Ive order, so they gave me an extra pair of earphone with a apology letter. Ill definitely use them again

Very bad experience, no appointments , no clear opening times. Always we have to go there more than one to deliver our items. Its really disappointed to sell on Amazon because of this issue. Please respect sellers!

Easy returns and refunds.For best delivery times try to order from Amazon warehouse (fulfilled by amazon option).The customer reviews and product questions option really helps in selecting the item whereas we have to order blindly in case of Noon. The Contact Seller feature is also great and I mostly get immediate response which could be helpful before buying.I am PRIME member and free next day delivery with no minimum order amount is a nice feature which is not available with any other online shopping site.However Amazon should review product prices as they are little on higher side.

I joind amazon ae prime and before i made order i was promised the next day before 2pm i will get the item, next day no call and its after2, so i called and the staff and manager in customer care had nothing to help me, so order canceled, thats why amazon lose ppl, try to have better customer care agents!!!!

Buying from souq is easy but Souq should seriously consider changing their courier partner Q-express.. very bad attitude n service by call center agent.

If you are visiting, dont forget jacket and shoes otherwise you will not be allowed inside the warehouse

I think I will not surprise you saying about bad customer service. The worst thing is that you are cheating people by taking money for delivery on the same day and don’t do it. Just remove this service. When u order food in Dubai for AED 20 they will deliver it in 15 min without delay and here we can make even big order, paying extra and you are not able to deliver it within 12 hours. It is really unbelievable.

Delivery experience is horrendous. I got a wrong item different from what I ordered and paid for and they “do not have an option in the system for exchange”. And even that was 4 days delayed. Souq proudly positions themselves as an amazon company whereas when it comes to delivery and customer care they are not anywhere close to amazon.

After sales services is really bad. I have bought a phone almost 2 months back and it has broke. So I called them on Nov, 5th for that. Since then, the phone is still with them. My advise to every one! Dont buy a mobile phone from Souq if the warranty with them.

No Customer Service for seller. It is hard to understand the system you need that totally dark!

First: the expected delivery was not accurate meaning they were late with shipments with 2 working days extra.Second: if you dont call and follow up they will never call you on time. Big companies should never let customers get concerned about following up with them.Third: Worse call center ever. You ask to speak to the manager and they wont let you speak with them. Trying to get schedule for delivery since more than 1 month and always the phone is busy. I got in touch with them and finally they schedule me for the next week. Also operator hang up the phone and talked disrespectful while i tried to explain him that the phone is always busy. Had to call second time and I spoke with the same person and while asking for his name, he refused. Came by myself directly at the warehouse to drop the items and finally they accepted. Good idea but very bad customer service and communication.

Worst customer service, Ive never given a bad review in my life but Im so upset with the way my last order from souq was handled , i ordered a bamboo fencing which I was supposed to receive on the 19th of December I called on the 20th and thet told me it is still with the supplier and that the supplier will drop it off to the courier in the afternoon , i asked them to assure me this as i was going to ace hardware and that if they dont have it i could get it from ace they assured it will be delivered on the 21st a Friday, i called about 4 times and never got an answer until this morning 26th I was checking and the order was cancelled , souq didnt bother to send an email or call yet they are great in sending their advertising all the time , never again will use their service or order from them

Worst website in the world! I placed an order 10 days ago and I was charged for it. I follow up on the delivery and find out the order never went through, I was not notified and the amount was credit to my Souq wallet WITHOUT my knowledge and I am traveling in 2 days and those were gifts for my inlaws!
