The DJ played all the fun Arabic songs. Food was not. Staff were very friendly. It was a lovely night. However dancing, even in place was not allowed. You can dance sitting down but if you stand up one of the staff would immediately come to tell you its not allowed.

First of all place has an amazing view - even during summer time 😉 Second staff is extremely nice and helpful. But the most important thing about this restaurant is sushi. Its worth to die for! Thank you so much and well be back soon.

Some concerns and some valuable points to mention.The environment is nice, staff were friendly and welcoming specially that I had a dog.The service speed was good and presentation was fine.Menu super small, lack of choices, expensive comparing to the surroundings and overall prices.Food, well I would give the food - 1 over 10.We ordered a burger and it was the worst, smaller, dry, and cheap we ever had. Bun was days old and dry. Meat is probably a ready meat from Carrefour, and a splash of fries and coleslow not enough to even take a photo.I would not recommend the restaurant at all.The bill for the food and drink was separate because they said that the food was from the lower restaurant and drinks from their own.

My friend and I had a very enjoyable evening here. The staff were hospitable and attentive. Tanaka our server was most obliging to our every need. It was my friends birthday and they created a birthday message and cake for her on the house. They took photos and overall, just made sure we were well looked after. We will definitely come back. Passion martini cocktail tasted like orange juice. Fried calamaribtasted like being fried in car oil, dynamite shrimps were the qorst i tasted.

It’s not our First Time in Phantom House and YOU have to go! It’s the the best spot in The Point with amazing food. The Sushi is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again as usual. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

Visited during a Sahrieh Night. Good food, good vibes. The Sahrieh Night live performances bring the crowd to life.Average of AED 450 per person for food and beverages.Overall a fun experience.

Amazing venue

I went on a ladies night, I didn’t like the place that much. The place was empty any the DJ kept on waiting for the restaurant to be full and i had to leave after that so I paid the minimum charge for nothing.

View from the restaurant is amazing if you got the right spot and drinks are fine. The manager was very friendly and smiley and took photo of us when the other waiters are just. Hmmmmm. However food is very disappointing. Very random menu there are some European/American and Arabic option and also Sushi. This kind of fusion doesn’t work anymore. Our Guacamole nachos without much flavor and super boring burger. Spicy potato was left untouched.

The places looked like an old nightclub turned into a bar restaurant. Shisha was good but definitely over priced (95aed) compared to other places of similar category. Turkish coffee was extremely disappointing.

We went for shisha and light bites. Great views of the palm fountains. It was a walk in service but I feel the waitress service needs to be improved. Our waitress kept stopping to take our order to talk to a fellow waiter in Philippines, we found that quite rude.

The Friday Bruch was really poor, from service wise. The food was good, but the Egyptian waiter gave the worst impression to me about the Bruch service. Less staff and they don’t check what shall be serviced to the guests.

Actually we had an extremely bad experience;So its more to an Arabic place; you got shisha and maza, but not sure why they add the sushi!Our experience last night (and first in the point) was really bad; mainly from the service.The place is wonderful with an amazing view.. and thats it.We came for the ladies night offer, and while booking they did not mentioned that it will be only inside and you cannot come in shorts. We explain to the person in charge and he said no problem we can sit outside and still get the offer (which was good); in two hours we got served with one shisha (included) and three drinks (the wine took more than 30 mins - included). When we ask for the bill; both shisha and wine were added although the guy said that its free for ladies night offer. After almost 30 mins we end up paying the wine..never had such kind of experience in Dubai and never recommending or coming back.

The best vibes I felt in an Arabic club

We went 6 months ago and the experience was amazing but last night was total disappointment...The DJ was really bad, played old songs on repeat... He played so many Indian songs as well which was not good for an international crowd...food was disaster, old, un healthy and not edible... the orders were taking so long to come and they were taking the glasses before we finish our drinks...The band was not like before and not nice...Overall, waste of weekend and money, never going there again....
