I had a really disappointing experience today when I visited the store today. The sales person on duty today was so disrespectful and wasnt able to assist me properly in a very unacceptable manner. I hope customer satisfaction will always be present at all time, and hope that they treat everyone equally. This is really so frustrating. I hope the management will make immediate action with regards with this. I am really sad.

The employees of Dubai Mall branch are disrespectful and seems not to know rhe value of meeting and greeting customers upon entry.They were all gathered and the cash counter and laughing loudly when i was trying to select with no helps at all.I wasnt assisted so i walked away and went to Lasenza.

Employees are very indifferent, disrespectful and very rude. When we entered the store, they were gathered in the middle, talking loudly with each other and laughing. They continued with a very loud voice and regardless of the customer being inside. When I ask a question they try to get rid of me. They dont want to answer. My friend could not stand and went out. When I asked for help, she saw me and continued to talk to the other employee, and she kept me waiting, and when I asked again, she answered I dont know. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I had to quit the things I wanted to buy and leave. They are very very rude.

They have good employees but their discounts are fake! in the picture you can see them offering a discount when you buy two items, but when one of our team tried tried in real, they said: Sorry as this item is not included !!I would say to this place management “revise your offers very well before you release it”..

Staffs are so helpful..good designs..good offers for ladies

They have nice products and offers their products quality is good too but personally I didnt like anything so couldnt buy anything either

Was extremely disappointed with assistance in Dubai mall branch yesterday. I had to literally beg Arabic lady there to assist me. Instead of showing me items she just kept pointing on them with finger “go there see” and then leave me so I have to call her again and again.. Items in shop are good but please talk to your staff and teach them how to do customer service

Entered the store to ask for a certain thing if in stock the girl who works was Egyptian she did not understand a freakin word I said although I only said two words then she took me to another worker which was Moroccan I believe that girl was acting rude no smile and tough in the way she talks hide girls who are nice e enough for customer a!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
