The staff at intimissimi shop in Dubai Mall are totally disappointing. The treatment is almost as if you have to kindly and humbly ask them to attend to you and even then they dont. Ive told them the size I needed, the staff contradicted me saying that it wasnt my size, so she gave me the wrong size to try. I mean, Im a grown up woman. Who would know my size better, me or some shop assistant?? And why do I have to demonstrate to them that I am the size I say??!? There was also another customer who kept calling for assistance. Staff were just chilled like, yeah, my colleague will go when she finishes something here. Well, youre free, why dont you go? Anyway, I definitely wont be going there again.

I’m in love with intimissimi for its quality and design. But I will never come back to this store again! The lady called Sophie also throw my clothes and the anti-theft security tags on the counter. When I asked to help me to find clothes, her attitude was very rude. She didn’t wrap my items as well! I was shock with the quality of the service! After sometime we came back and asked other lady to help me, who was very polite and wrapped my items. And we saw Sophie who was super polite and sucked up to the Middle Eastern lady! Awful!

Very happy with the service, Sophie was very professional and knew the right sizes for me, she was very helpful and attentive. Honestly best experience I wouldn’t have bought everything I bought without her. Keep it up 👍

Today my wife experienced the WORST Customer Service Experience in Intimissimi The Dubai Mall. She was served by arabic lady, with a very rude, unprofessional approach, she literally threw the items, my wife chose, on cashiers desk. My wife is a very humble person, she always very polite with everyone on this planet, so there is no way that this sales lady was upset from my wifes behavior. She called me today and shared this story, she was so shocked that she even could not reply anything to that lady. I can see here in comments that many people experienced the same issue. I think it is a time for Azadeya Group to take an action.

Today I met the worst saleswoman ever in the world she is Arabic her hair is black and she were ‏LancesAt the cashier, she threw my clothes hard !!!! ... and always say there is not there is not from Items !!!!! Nice collection every season I do shop from this store. The quality of products is 👌I wish they had closer locations to where I stay currently as its a 30minute drive now

The brand itself is great , but the customer care / sale experience in this particular shop is horrible . The staff is rude , and that includes the manager .

As much as I like their products, I never want to deal with the completely clueless staff that work there - its actually embarrassing that they know absolutely nothing about what theyre selling...
