I ordered a karaoke limo 2 weeks in advance - was informed one evening before the limo is not available anymore and I would have to choose another one instead . ( leaving me no time to find another one ) - they didn’t offer any kind of compensation on price either . the driver who finally picked us up was RUDE - uncooperative, was shouting at us in a loud voice and refused to start driving till we did not pay up in full .The office team once informed on driver behavior instead told me that if the driver is in a bad mood I should be speaking with him nicely .I would not recommend this company to absolutely anyone. !
