What an awful experience! Limo driver was over an hour late to pick us up with absolutely no notice. Once he arrived he seemed flustered and unapologetic and we felt like our experience was rather rushed. Also the limo looked like it had not been cleaned before hand which is unacceptable especially during covid! I really wish I had read reviews before booking!

We paid for a Hummer XXL but was sent an Infinity. Saed insisted it was an upgrade but Atta (driver) said later theres power issue with the Hummer. We were not given the chance to just cancel or choose. We were told that upon pick up, it will be the Hummer XXL that we paid for but it wasnt. The driver complained that he had to travel from Abu Dhabi and wait for us as if we did not pay them for their service. We were promised welcome drinks but we did not see a drop of it. Saed called the following day and was rude and condescending instead kf apologizing and providing resolution.Not worth the money and hassle as they insist on what they think is right and does not know how to treat their clients. Horrible experience.
