I was extremely pleased by the efficiency, professionalism and response of Global lights.They did 2 site visits to make sure the plans were correct, offering solutions and a range of options to make sure I received the result I was looking for. They have a great range of excellent lights and managed to source yet another I had that needed replacing. I highly recommend them. My lighting in my night garden now looks amazing!

Despite these guys having a fairly good product, the level of customer service is appalling and the technical ability of their team is below average. Perhaps they are too focussed on getting bigger projects and have no time for the consumer market - despite the fact they quoted me for my garden lighting. (Oh, they dont install either - just drop the lights off then you need to work it out). They also sold me lights that required more power than the transformer they had previously sold us - so they kept shorting. So of course I then needed to buy a bigger transformer. They sent their technical expert along prior to ensure everything was specd out correctly, but he appeared to be lost in the moment and could give any decisive answers. The sales representative shouldnt be called a sales representative, he should be called whatever you call a person that ignores all your calls, and messages until you call his boss and then he comes running with his tail between his legs. The whole experience has been like pulling teeth.

Need to improve the invoicing system. I bought 5 lights nd it took almost 40 mins to get the invoice from the cashier. System is very slow.
