The host couldnt speak English properly so was very hard to understand with the accent, she explained the game but upon entry the instructions were more abstract.Also when you solve the combination on the code the lock still didnt open until we yanked with all are strength.The lord of the rings theme didnt actually have much to do with lord of the rings there was no storyline.Also no clues just answers given so t h ats not cool either. Other escape rooms are much better at different companiesWent all excited left feeling conned

Cool escape room with a Jumanji inspired theme. Really liked the set-up. Ive tried many different Escape rooms in Dubai and have to say that I subtracted 1 star because the clues didnt feel as seamless as other escape rooms weve done and the hostess wasnt very clear with her instructions about the amount of rooms that would be inside the game we chose and how to properly exit. Other than that it was a good.

Me and my friends had so much fun there! The place is amazing and the staff is really incredible. Everything went according to plan and my friends who were doing Escape Rooms for the first time are now obsessed with them. We chose. Jungala, which was inspired by JUMANJI and we don’t regret it. It’s the perfect level of difficulty (not to easy but not impossible). 6 of us solved the clues with only 14 seconds left! It was such a thrill! We wanted to enter the Alcatraz theme but as per we heard its difficult so we entered the one inspired by game of thrones, it was amazing, solved in 43 minutes only.considerably expensive, the ones Ive been to abroad were 20-25$ per person, this one was nearly 35-40$.

We didn’t enjoy this escape room as the worker who was helping us was very rude. There was a bathroom button and we pressed it, no one came therefore we were confused and when the room finished she accused us of lying about this. Also throughout she would come in to tell us off for things we didn’t even do. I do not recommend in fact I preferred the escape room in box park.

There are several escape rooms, all with different themes. Amazing spot for team members to get closer together while solving clues to be able to leave the escape room. We had a lot of fun, and it was a great experience overall. I would really like to go there again.

Nice escape room, interesting puzzles not restricted to just locks and combinations (think RFID cards on a game board et all). Its more linear in terms of progression, you go from A to B to C and so on, without any parallel activity. I believe the format is good for small groups (say of 4) assuming youre all relatively adept at hint solving. Anything more and some might be left twiddling thumbs.

A great fun place to visit. Fun if you are two but best with around 4 people. My only complaint is that it is quite pricey, I think its worth about half what they charge; this way people (myself included) would be more inclined to visit on a regular basis.

Great experience, they staff were super friendly and helpful. The game was so much fun, and challenging, and the rooms were really well made up, very suitable for the theme we chose (Enigmista - themed after the SAW movies).

Each of my visits to Escape Reality have been a joy from start to finish. The experience begins as soon as you set foot through the door as their friendly staff welcome you and set the scene for the game you’ve picked. You are then led to an intricately decorated themed room that would excite any movie/TV/video game buff, and left to find your way out which always includes solving out of the box puzzles and navigating through the enigmatic rooms. The experience definitely calls for some creative thinking and teamwork, and is always a great bonding time for me and my family (though we may argue over whose ideas to listen to while trying to escape). Definitely our best escape room experience, and we consider ourselves escape room connoisseurs. So far we have done Machina, Jungala, and Alcatraz and intend on coming back to complete them all! Truly a must-visit for anyone and everyone that feels a little adventurous.

Ive been to many escape games, this one is one of the best Ive ever tried. Logical, nice themes, genius ideas, friendly staff and fun for couples and groups. We managed to escape in the last minute which was very exciting !

One of the better escape rooms Ive been to in Dubai. The rooms give you a real sense of being trapped since theres no game master, its just you and your friends with an iPad that can help when called upon.Puzzles were challenging and came with a real sense of accomplishment when unraveled. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place. Games are tough, scary, and well-designed. Ive been to Alkatraz room with a friend and it was very challenging. Best destination to spend an hour of suspense and thrill.

It was an Amazing experience that I had to book for another theme as soon as I finished the first time I did (Fibonacci) - Staff are very friendly that even though we didnt manage to escape they told us we can still try for extra time and solve the remaining 3-4 of puzzles as a compliment for our hard work.Totally worth the money !

Really challenging rooms. Great experience

An insane expensive looking production with a ton of fluff, very impressive looking at first, but quite dissapointing room with no soul or real storyline which didint provide anything close to as much fun as little low budget escape room venues. As someone who has done multiple escape rooms both in Dubai and other countries, I was expecting a lot from this, but it ends up just being a sellout industry trying to profit from the escape room expanding business by throwing money at too many rooms without care into the experience that escape rooms are based on. The room consisted of very boring generic or overly complicated puzzles that have nothing to do with the rooms story, with the theme being forced in there, and you could take any puzzle, change the pictures and it could be a completely different theme with the same puzzle. Sadly very dissapointing, and so far from what other escape rooms made by smaller businesses are.
