Helps to know what you want to purchase when walking into a luxury store so not distracted by all the other wonderful items. Simple in and out with a new wallet. Very good service and attention given. Thats what makes me go back again and again.

Went to the store to get my wallet embossed and found the customer service horrible and not even 1 star rating attitude.Cannot even imagine the embossed letters done on a montblanc wallet yesterday was not up to the standard I did last year overseas.It was just done in a hurry and not bothered. Hope someone in Montblanc looks into these matters and does something before they lose potential and returning customers.

Bad start as one of the sales members was very impolite. But others stepped in and apologized and tried their best to sort it out. Explanations were given and all was resolved. Service was the outstanding after that.

Visiting this place revives my soul.Its an almost life altering experience, I feel as though I am in my own home. I am a loyal Montblanc customer who has spend a significant amount of money on various products over the years. My wife gifted me a wallet, within a month it lost its shape.I was told by the assistant in Dubai Mall that someone has sat on the wallet. Or have used it roughly and that there is nothing that they can do. As if I have never used a wallet before!Brand new wallet no after sale service ! Horrible service montblanc! Its a shame

I am disappointed from the store. We bought a pen and accessories but e.g. didnt receive a complimentary gift. A couple of weeks ago we bought similar product from Montblanc in Festival City Mall. Service was much more friendlier and we had much more fun. I received a very nice complimentary gift. I will not return to Montblanc Dubai Mall but would definitely return to Montblanc Festival City. But I do not too often purchase at Montblanc but like some of their product range.
