After trying so many places this has become my ultimate choice, for repair and cleaning! I am so happy with their service they pick the items and drop them in the specified time. The items are received as stated by them in the expected condition. I highly recommend the place for shoes and bags!

Unexpected for Dubai so I was impressed. They saved my favourite shoes I thought I will have to just throw them out, but they made them look as new.Also no hassle for going to their office, they just came, picked up my stuff from home, brought the shoes back several days later.I used the sewing and tailoring services also, had several trousers and skirts for tailoring. I was impressed as the girl who came to pick up the stuff just saw me in my clothes and I showed her how I want them to look and the result was exactly what I wanted. I didnt go for measurements but she obviously has a good eye for this service so I am definitely going to use again.

I needed to make a decision for my most loved loafers. Or I needed to throw them away or give them a new life. I choose the last option and Shoe clinic did a excellent job repairing them! My shoes look like new again, i’m super happy with the results. They even came to my house for pickup and delivery.

Neetu personally met me in the lobby of my hotel after I called the concierge to see if someone could clean my Adidas tennis shoes. They were a horrible mess after my desert safari and I had to fly back in two days. She assured me they could clean them and have them back to me in time for my flight and in fact they had them back the same day. See how they were before and after. :) Perfectly white. 👍🏼

I had the quickest (and very affordable) service at Shoe Clinic this morning. I had to urgently fix the heels of my Valentino rock studs and a nice gentleman called Iqbal helped me out. He was super efficient, quick and very sweet.He also cleaned up the leather around the heels without being asked for it.Definitely recommend shoe clinic for any luxury shoe repair.

I trusted this place to clean and treat the leather on a vintage designer bag. I took it there and the lady said it would be finished within three days. SIX DAYS LATER, she told me that the stains on the leather couldn’t be cleaned and that they could do a full color restore instead. I was already pretty upset that it took twice as long as was originally promised, but she then said the color restore would be completed by the next day if I wanted to do it. I agreed, and the bag was delivered to me two days later (again, not meeting the “next day” timeline promise). Color restoration means painting the leather with a special leather paint - the bag was a Gucci with brown leather details along the Gucci canvas. They painted the brown leather details, and the paint was splattered on parts of the Gucci canvas and the leather pieces they fully painted were done very sloppy and uneven. My vintage bag which cannot be replaced or even corrected now is completely ruined. Would not take anything here ever again or recommend this place. Highly, highly disappointed.(Ive included a few pictures of paint splatters - though there are many many more on other parts of the bag).

I had a new Fendi bag that needed some cleaning, and the Fendi store in AUH recommended a trust worthy place to get it done. Long story short, I took my matte black bag for cleaning and got it back as shiny black! I asked them to fix it, but whatever they tried didnt work and the shine was always there. My friend that lives in Dubai told me about her positive experience with the Shoe Clinic, and so when I knew I would be here for 2 weeks, I brought the bag with me so they can repaint it in matte black. I first sent them pictures, they said its doable, gave me a price and came and picked up the bag on an agreed date and time. They returned the bag a week after, again as agreed, and it was back to its beautiful matte black colour. It looked flawless!!!! I am extremely happy with the service, I love that they come pick up the item and deliver it back to you, and their prices are amazing! I paid half than what another reputable place has quoted me and best part is I got my beautiful bag now after almost giving up on it. Thank you guys for the great service and I cannot wait to do more business with you!

I have had to lodge a formal consumer complaint. I have waited since December to have my bag returned and still it has not been returned to me. All I get is excuses and now they say they delivered my bad to another client in a different city and to wait more time. Handles and Zipper of my Montblanc Leather Laptop bag were damaged, instead of buying new bag I thought to get them repaired. Keeping same in mind I contacted Shoe Clinic and Iam glad I choose them for the work. They made entirely new handles and fixed new zipper to my bag making it look completely a new bag which was beyond my thinking.Highly recommend Shoe Clinic.

Iam down at my funds after this pandemic but at the same time, essential things have to be taken care. I called them the inquire upon my branded and most luxury shoe cleaning, they advised me about an yearly package, package includes shoe clean, sanitize and any minor glue/stitch needed if any. With this Yearly package the pricing becomes so much economical that everyone can easily afford them. They picked up from my door and also dropped them back. Most importantly, the package is valid for One year from the date of subscription.Highly recommended !!!!

They did a decent job with cleaning my shoes.However when I went to deliver my shoes, there seemed to be a need to upsell me on their other products.When I went to collect my shoes, the person at the store was not wearing a mask and it was only after my insistence that he did.

Worst customer service experience. After communicating two times with them as for when to pick up my bag, I went there on that day and the bag was still not ready. Very rude employee just returned my bag not fixed.

I had 10 to 12 pairs of shoes those needed various repair services. checked cost with 2 cobbler services here in dubai but the cost were going very high, thought to check with one more cobbler service named Shoe Clinic keeping in mind as the last try, Shoe Clinic offered me a Good Package on basis it was very reasonable cost per pair. I was really amazed with that and the services were more than i was expecting. My shoes looked nearly as new as if i bought them just few week back. Highly recommend SHOE CLINIC for THEIR PACKAGE SERVICE.

They removed the serial number of my Chanel bag. Then they didn’t fasten the lock properly when they removed it to clean. Then they returned without my certificate inside which we had to look for thank god it was found otherwise without a serial code how could fix my lock. All items were returned without dust bags which they still haven’t found!!! The cleaning was good and price as well but not sure worth all this hassle.!!

My Roller Skates, which were in a very bad state. Were sent to the Shoe Clinic, for repair, On Tuesday and I was immensely satisfied with the outcome of the service. The Roller Skates looked absolutely gorgeous and brand new. The sole of the skates was fixed, and look as if nothing had ever happened to it. I visited Shoe Clinic with few of my favorite Bally shoes to be repaired. There were more than 3 to 4 services to be done on each pairs to bring them into new life, which individual cost was bit higher than my budget but at the same time, i dont want to throw my shoes. This guys prepared One Package for me under which i could get my shoes repair and clean for very reasonable pricing. also it has a validity for 1 year and i can send all my shoes for repair and clean again and again, Highly recommended.

So bad service!!! shame. my advice not to go here, for anything!! Gave them my designer bag 2 weeks ago, they charged me straight away but gave it back after 2 weeks in the same condition it was with the excuse thats only what they can do! ?? what they did? charged me and did nothing, so with Shoe Clinic i ve just waisted my time and money. A very professional service.I came with shoes on my foot and it was fixed within 5 minutes, when I was talking to a beautiful manager, being in socks only.It was quite difficult to find where it is. The Shoe Clinic gives an outstanding service to the clients at a very reasonable price. I needed sole gluing on a pair of expensive shoes and I needed it to be done in 24 hours because I was travelling. They came to my office, picked up the shoes and in LESS than 24 hours I had them beautifully repaired. I highly recommend the Shoe Clinic. On top of that, I doubt you can find better prices than here in all Dubai!

I brought my 10 years old shoes along to get the soles replaced. I got great advice on how to look after the leather to prolong the life of the shoes even further. I have two more pairs that need a bit of work and will take them to the Show Clinic shortly... Great value.

I used WhizzTips to reach Shoe Clinic for a sole repair for one of my favorite pairs of Ecco shoes. Didnt want to throw that away as the shoe was extremely comfortable. I communicated with Shoe Clinic through the app and they were extremely quick in responding to all my queries and assured me of restoring it to my liking. Wasnt disappointed at all. The shoes were returned back to me within a few days and its as good as new! Very happy with the service i got from Shoe Clinic. Highly recommend them.

I work in consulting, with very little spare time and flying often. While on a project in the UAE I had to get my shoes repaired and relied on the Shoe Clinic.I must say that the service was impecable, from the communication, pick up and delivery service to the quality of their work.Outstanding results on a pair that has had its years of beating. They look (and feel) brand new.

VERY POOR SERVICE AND VERY POOR PRODUCT. After 3 weeks of trying to resolve the issue that a pair of designer shoes were ruined, there has been no resolution with this company.I would not use this company again and do not recommend them. I am now pursuing legal action as the cost to replace my shoes is in excess of 3k AED. I am incredibly disheartened at the customer service and the quality of their work after using a shoe paint on my leather Manolo Bhlaniks - when all I asked for was a re-polish.They said they wanted to resolve the issue but have offered no compensation, after trying to repair the shoes after their initial repair and are now ignoring any correspondence.They also advertised my shoes (photo on their Facebook page) to try and trade them - however this has now been removed as they said they posted it in error.I do not recommend.

I had a pair of quality shoes that required new leather soles (stitched) and new heels and I decided to give Aqua Star (trading as Shoe Clinic) in DIFC a try.They promptly collected the shoes from my home quoting me 405AED and returned them a few days later as good as new. The work was excellent and I was really pleased and would definitely recommend them. My only slight frustration was that they tried to charge an additional 85AED for polishing them which is so very annoying but so very Dubai! I personally think the price to repair the shoes (it isn’t cheap) should include cleaning them as best they can to deliver a ‘total’ experience. To be fair they waived the attempted additional cost but it did slightly annoy me, feedback I think they should take on board!

This is my honest review about Shoe Clinic.If you love your shoes, NEVER bring or take it to Shoe Clinic. Their craftsmanship and materials are cheap.Their bespoke shoes only use cheap leather.You are better off buying quality shoes like Magnanni, Clarks, Ecco, Geox, Florsheim.Now I have a total of 13 pairs of shoes, 4 pairs Barker, 1 Undandy and 8 Allen Edmonds.And the service that I require is the installation of rubber sole guard for the toe and heel part of the shoes.When it comes to quality, from the scale of 1 to 5, Id give Shoe Clinic a 1. Why, because in less than a year, the 9 pairs of shoes (Undandy and Allen Edmonds)the rubber on the heel part started to peel of. And in the span of less than a year, Ive returned it to them for gluing 3 times, imagine 3 times already.They didnt charge me of this, but it has been 3 times that I returned the 9 pairs. Another thing that I found out is that the thickness of the rubber sole installed on these 9 pairs is only 1.5mm (thin rubbber), but the other 4 pairs from Barker, they installed 1.8mmm. I was expecting a consistent material to be used, but obviously that did not happened.I obviously have a good rotation of shoes, so in my opinion the lack of quality of rubber used and glue is what made it peel off. And not to mention that some pair, the cut of the rubber is uneven, an evidence of lack of craftsmanship.Today, Sept 17 I asked them how much will be the gluing and I was told 45AED per pair of shoes. Would I go back to Shoe Clinic and have it glued and pay a total of 360AED, definitely not!I mean what is the guarantee of the quality that they would do after returning my shoes to them for the fourth time.My final thoughts is that I will never recommend Shoe Clinic when it comes to installation of rubber soles, based on my experience with their quality.Imagine 9 out of 13 pairs came out to be defective, that is about 70% chance of missing the mark or having a bad servicing.However I would highly recommend The Cobbler in Dubai Mall, although this shop is a litlle pricey, but the quality is best. And Id also recommend NDUST shoes as well.Almost all my shoes are good year welted with full grain leather (except Undandy). And the reason Id like rubber sole protection, is to give several more years of usage of my shoes.

Dont come here. Brought my shoes to this clinic and promised to receive it looking new (by the way, my leather shoes are in good condition). Paid 100AED for buffing the shoes. Received it in 2 days and I tell you, its the same as when I gave it. I shouldve just bought shoe wax and did it myself and expect a better result. When I complained, i was told that the scaling cannot be removed (where i was told it will) and theyre gonna put leather compound on a small deep scratch (in which they didnt). Definitely a zero star. I feel robbed of mt 100AED.

I have a very bad experienced with the name of the girl Nitto... When I went to their shop it was clearly she told me that she will give me call by the next day. It was a good talk between us. Then the next day after 1am I called as I did not received any call from them... She just mentioned me that she will call after 2 hours as she is waiting for the price to the technician. After 3pm there was no call Then I started calling but there was no answer. I keep calling using our phone and mobile then I decided to send a message in Whatsapp but all happened is only seen. I am expecting in anyhow and any message I will get a reply but its not and still keep on calling her but no phone answer until i send the message of ITS NOT GOOD MADAM ONLY SEEN... by that I received a blast woman and telling why am I telling her those words? I dont see something wrong saying those words? As a customer I think I have the right to asked and follow up and if I say that I dont see any wrong? It is a comment!!! She act so rude and shouting at me and telling me that she is busy? Is that my problem if she is busy? I am the customer and all I want is to answer my question.. And she threat me if I want I can get my trolley bag... and I said I will take it... your not my lost! and after the conversation she sent some messages and sending back those words Ive said.... she made it a big deal as she acting that she is a customer... I told her do not react with my word! understand the meaning!!! It is a bad and horrible happened to me served by that kind of service!!! not anymore with this shop!!!
