I had a great experience at the Medical Village. The staff was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail before I did my treatment. They recommended endymed machine for slimming and the nurse was making sure at all times everything was ok. Very happy with the treatment and the advise and explanation the nurse gave during the procedure. They also have very good packages for slimming which is perfect for good results.

I went there for the first time to try the signature hydra facial, one of the best treatments. In only 30min you will get the best skin in your life, they will peel and extract al the dead skin from your face then hydrate it. The team is so friendly highly recommended

My experience with Dr. Pierre is very wonderful .. The double chin operation .. The doctor was very respectful, honest and skillful in everything. I felt the pain on only the first day and the result was more than amazing. He is intelligent, expert and exemplary in his work .. I am happy to meet and deal with him. I highly recommend it

I hardly ever write a review but this time I felt like I should as I am really annoyed by this clinicSo I heard about a machine they have and decided to book with the doctor and ofcourse I took the time off work for the day of my appointment in case I needed down time , just a day before my appointment I get a call saying the doctor can’t see me and next availability is after 24 days so I say ok fine let’s book and and again they cancel the app and me the most naive person I book the third time and oh boy go figure they cancel my appointment and say next availability in a month !!!!Well there me for the third time I put all my work on hold and take days off and doctor is too busy that he cancel three times!Well maybe Doctor you should work full time for fashionistas as it seems like you don’t care about regular peoples time , and to me a doctor that care too much about giving his time and treatments for people that will advertise for him is only money hungry and can’t actually let his work on regular people speak for itself and not confident that he can get clients through his work and give fashionistas all his appointments being scared normal people won’t like his work !

Went it for my hair removal session for my legs this week. The burning, redness, itchiness and bumps that Im getting from this treatment is abnormal.I bought 10 session of laser hair removal from Medical Village. Every session was SO painful, with burning, redness, itchiness, and bumps after the treatment. These reactions are obviously abnormal!I asked SEVERAL times that I want to see Dr. Hamid! Finally, when I met him for consultation, he said it is my body and not their laser! He obviously did not even care to give a legitimate/polite answer to his patient! The response I got was that everyone gets some kind of reaction. But i know that my friends are doing laser in other clinics for many years without any reactions.Doctors need to be able to explain to their patients the WHY something happens, and at least show some empathy.Very disappointed and I really do not recommend Medical Village.The funny part is that they give you gift box if you put positive review. Such a FAKE doctor...

I would say Medical Village is the best clinic in Dubai so far! I’ve been there 3-4 times for the full body and face laser hair removal and I’m sooo happy with my results. Amazing service. Out of all the places Ive been to for my skin and laser, this is the best place Ive been to. It is immensely clean, they provide valid information and they are completely honest. The equipment is incredible and they are super professional.

Hey were running a special on cool sculpting. I would not suggest getting it. Cool sculpting is overpriced and you wont see any results. I was told to get it done a second time if I wanted better results. The before and after pics didnt show any difference either. The staff was polite so Im just rating the procedure. I would suggest going to a plastic surgeon if you want to visibly see changes.

The Center is clean and staff are nice. Its been my first visit so I have to wait to see the result of what I have done. So in this regard I cant comment. A few suggestions for improvement are: someone should explain properly what happens after your treatment so you arrange your day accordingly, I wasnt inform properly.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience has been outstanding that I couldn’t not share. Let me start with the amazing facility and care which is extremely important during this time. My temperature was a bit high as it was hot outside, so they made me wait for 5 mins to cool down and only allowed me into my consultation when it was retaken and was normal again. My first appointment with Dr. Hamid was so informative and honest. He managed my expectations regarding treating my scars and explained all my options. My second appointment was with Dr. Luis, who is very professional yet friendly. He put my mind at ease and addressed all my concerns. Finally I went ahead with fillers and Botox combination for my face and I was beyond thrilled with the results. His technique made the procedure almost painless and the end result met my requirements of seeing a difference yet being very natural. Couldn’t recommend him enough. I was very worried of getting fillers done, but he understood what I wanted and delivered exactly that. Such an outstanding experience! Would never even consider going elsewhere. To top this all, they had a promotion which I saw on Instagram which made this even feasible and way much cheaper than your typical Dubai ripoff places! If you are undecided, book a free consultation and you won’t be disappointed!

I have been coming here for years. I have done multiple services with them and I’ am very happy. They are professional and the quality is high.

Staff treated me nicely but they are not professional. The girl that I had my last treatment with, missed some important part of my body but when I asked she said that shes done it. I couldnt see but I could still feel. Also as I went through the sessions I notice that I still have hair growth. Every time they told me different thing until i finished my 10 prepaid session. Not happy at all.

Excellent clinic. Very clean. Very professional. I had both laser done and a hydro facial. I have done laser in other clinics before and because my skin is sensitive I used to get burns and ingrown hairs, which used to take around a month to go away. The laser treatment I did with them was great, with no burns or anything. Highly recommended!!

Realized I should update my review after receiving a couple of personal messages asking me if I was happy with the end result? My answer? No.While I stand by my initial impressions that the staff is great and the facility is clean, in hindsight, I wish I hadnt wasted money on sessions. After my initial 6 (monthly) sessions, I did not do the recommended 6 week follow up treatments, which is probably why my results werent what I was hoping for. I still have hair growth in the lasered areas and need to shave regularly. The whole reason I wanted to do laser in the first place was to eliminate the need to shave or wax.In conclusion, laser is a big financial commitment, so do your research!

I honestly wouldnt even know where to begin with Medical Village clinic. I was treated for some hair removal, after 12 sessions at their clinic, I can finally say that its not removal but rather reduction. Had 12 sessions got worked on by 7 different people. Every time Id go there the last employee was fired cause of the owners mood swings. Their customer service is very low. I had heard good things about this place but hadnt experienced such service whatsoever. They miss spots, the employees are not experienced at all. The only person with little knowledge whatsoever regarding anything laser related would be the owner.-They dont honor what they stand for.-Service is below standard.-They are more expensive than other laser removal location.-Unprofessional, not well trained.-Scammer-should receive the worst possible grade by the BBBAll 5 star ratings must be from family and friends. Not a fan of Medical Village. The lasers they use for hair removal is the least effective out there. Their teeth whitening machine is the same as the ones in the middle of the mall but for a much higher price. The staff and management are unprofessional. There are many other laser hair removal places better than Medical Village. Got treated very poorly coming here, will not step foot again.

The best for beard lazier

After 5 months of laser hair removal in MEDICAL VILLAGE, my face lookes worse than when I went in. My face hair is growing back thicker. I called the clinic and asked for refund, and their response was maybe you need to buy more sessions and the tattoo removal technique would work on you!!This is absolutely none sense, they just want their customers to buy more sessions.

Honestly, I have never seen such a big scam in my life, all they want is money, they negotiate the price, and Im talking price reductions from 1500dhs to 1000dhs, for a procedure that costs 300dhs from a much better clinic.Hamed tageddos is more interested in making Instagram videos, and experimenting with new potentially harmful techniques on his clients, to show off as some New innavator. such as how he experimented his new stitching method that he made created on my wound after a lipoma removal. He told me that if he videod the procedure, the cost will be for free. But sadly left paying 1000dhs :/And My arm looks like a mess.Also the nurse was rude the entire time which you can see from other feveiws aswell, she has a lot of attitude, and acts like she doesnt want to be there.

Horrible experience! If I could give this 0 stars I would.Girls get educated before going anywhere because of the cheap price. A lot of doctors tell you that bruises is natural & it can happen to anyone. But its not true if they dont know how to properly apply fillers they will hit a vein and cause a bruise.

Staff is nice, but their machines are put at a lower power, therefore making it necessary to go way more than necessary.Multiple treatments makes no difference. Overall, I do NOT recommend Medical Village.

They dont know how to sell their service with any integrity.I never bought anything from Medical Village because there were enough warning signs to detract me from this place and thought to help consumers here. I was visiting Dubai and went to their Jumeirah clinic.I specifically had in mind wanting to know about their laser hair removal services. They provide a free consultation and trial before any commitment. I took that and met with the receptionist, and for not able to recall her name.She gives off a bad vibe, unwelcoming, and is condescending with her behavior when you ask questions. She actually never knew any of the answers including the prices, but that is her job to share this with a prospective client. She also wore a shirt if you want to call it that showed nearly her breasts protruding out. Really inappropriate and awkward. When the nurse took me to the back, she talked too fast and seems to not be aware that orienting a prospective client would be helpful.I was brought back to the front desk and dealing with the same receptionist. Once again the condescension continued by her.This same receptionist also pressures you to buy something, whether it is one treatment or a package, yet she does not know the pricing and the very pressure projected by her shows control and manipulation.It certainly turned me off, and I walked out.

Gemma is incredibly arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Every time I showed up for an appointment, I had to wait, and the last time was the final straw - I was waiting for over 30 minutes, when she told me she would be with me in five minutes. She doesnt properly screen the doors, so when she opens a door and youre lying on the table naked, someone outside is able to see in. The last time I was there, she had me go into one room but then, after I had waited 30 minutes, came in and asked me to switch rooms. When I walked out, there was still another guy in the other room - it was incredibly awkward and unprofessional.I asked to talk with Dr Hamid for several times to give him feedback on my experience, but he was NEVER in the clinic!I do not recommend Medical Village to anyone!They spend a lot of money for fake marketing and social media.Do not waste your time and money here...

Unfortunately they are not professional at all. the machine wasnt work really good . This is by far the worst skin clinics salon I have ever been to. The ladies here are rude, do not acknowledge you, don’t even look up unless you speak first, even their phone manner is abrupt; like they have other places to be.They are NEVER on time and that’s from over 12 appointments and from friends and family - they’ve never ever been on time.Results do vary - as they will say- but I’m not sure how they can be so inconsistent.Will now be losing two paid sessions as these are individually owned and cannot be transferred to another store.So disappointing! When I first talked to the woman about my tattoo removal, I was very clear that I had hyper-pigmentation and was concerned about burn marks. She assured me that their process would NOT leave any marks and would completely remove the tattoos .After two treatments, the residual burn marks remain as I feared they would, given my dark skin. Now I will have to cover up the new marks which are worse than the tattoo marks.I would not recommend MEDICAL VILLAGE to anyone with dark skin, who tans easily or has hyper-pigmentation with brown spots.Their attitude on the third meeting was rude and disrespectful. The woman who actually did the work apologized for the other rude person. Promises not kept.

After the 8th session of my laser hair removal, I got red spots on my skin, I called the clinic and asked them what should I do, they said Dr will get back to me.NEVER HAPPENED! I did not continue the treatment since I am really concerned about these red spots that have been on my skin for the past 3 weeks.Very disorganized and unprofessional!

I had a high expectation from this place and laser treatment. I did full face and I actually have more hair than before,thicker and denser. They hardly know what they are doing and it frequently become oblivious that they are missing spots as the hair grew back thicker and denser. Every treatment that I have been so far I mentioned her that you are missing the spot but she just shave the spot and let me go. Feels like I am there just to shave my face not for actual treatment. She never did the treatment properly, she is always in rush, always missing the spot. Even my husband cant tell that I had a laser treatment. I am so frustrated that I do not want to spend my money any more on touch ups.

Amazing place and service. Very clean environment and professional staff.Best place for tattoo removal Ive found.I came to Dr Hamad with a full sleeve tribal tattoo with many layers, their method of using two lasers (revlite and picosure) has provided amazing results in half the time I could get in the UK. Most of my sleeve has vanished completely already, the intensity of the laser and treatment is always monitored and adjusted for the more stubborn areas.Not for the faint hearted, but if you want a tattoo removed and are willing to tolerate the pain involved you wont find a quicker place to get results than medical village.

ZERO STAR!I have been getting Brazilian treatments here for about a year with decent results.... Until last week. I went in for a touch up and got severely burned. During the session, the charge nurse could tell I was in a lot of pain. Instead of turning down the voltage, she said she was just trying to be thorough. When I was checking out, come to find out, they got my chart mixed up with another clients and put me in the wrong room with the wrong laser. Two days later, I have burn marks and scabs EVERYWHERE. I contacted them and they told me to come in to do a check up. When I did that same day, they just said it was superficial and gave me an antibiotic cream. I looked up the cream and realized it was just a weaker version of Neosporin. That was it, no apology, nothing. What kills me is that they had me see the charge nurse for the touch up because she was suppose to be an expert on the charge of the laser and would be able to get the stubborn hairs. I have two sessions left out of my package but now, Im scared to go back

Please read! VERY IMPORTANT!!!!The owner of Medical Village is spending so much money on marketing and advertisement rather than focusing on patient care. Below is my experience last week in Medical Village:I waited over an hour to be seen and I was on my lunch break. They had taken in a client AGAIN who was already previously there before me, to finish up her treatment... I guess she took a break in between, but they took her in again instead of giving me my treatment first and then finishing up hers afterwards. No one apologized for the long wait either. I asked the front desk how much longer it would be and the secretary told me she doesnt know and I have the option to reschedule if I want... what the heck?Anyway, I heard many good things about the Medical Village... but the treatment I received was useless. I dont remember who did my treatment but it was a tall white lady with blonde hair. She rushed me in since I told the front desk Ive been waiting too long... she tried to start the treatment on me right away without even explaining it to me first, this was my FIRST time, mind you. She didnt even introduce herself to me, it was very awkward. She didnt really care to give me some introduction on how the treatment would be, or tell me what should I do after treatment... She was just rushing everything and saying lets get this over with!!!!!!Im sure a lot of people have the same experience. Be very careful with this clinic, they are spending a lot of money on advertising, but they do not care about their patients, its all about money for this clinic!Did I mention that the doctor NEVER showed up during the treatment!! Very disappointed...

This clinic is a complete mess. Very bad service! Do not recommend this clinic.

ZERO STAR TO MEDICAL VILLAGE AND DR HAMID.They do not care about their patients. I had 6 laser sessions at Medical Village and had the most painful experience ever. The nurse did not care when I was complaining.

Just give them one star, their service was very very bad, I phoned to make an appointment four days ago, to do laser and removal tatoo, she make my appointment at 2 oclock,. When I got there they said there was no Docter for laser. Why Why Why they took my time, I never come back

Good service with knowledgeable nurses. They have the newest technology and seeing good results with affordable prices.

DO NOT HAVE BOTOX DONE AT THIS PLACE!!I had Botox done there and it is obvious the nurse didnt know or trained because she injected me at the eyebrows and now I have droopy eyebrows! Funny because she started out by saying dont worry, I wont make your eyebrows droop so obviously she had done this before! I have to go somewhere to undo what she has done, I have had Botox before and never experienced anything like this, she doesnt know what shes doing and now instead of looking better she made me look awful! Save your money and your face and Avoid Medical Village as you will totally be disappointed with the results!

Poor patient care! ZERO star for Medical Village.After 20 sessions of laser hair removal, my hair is growing back thicker.Very disappointed.... Read the reviews before going to this place.

I dont like to write bad reviews but I have to. Dr. Taghaddoswas kind and good personality. But he is NOT good in his job. Also he does not care after the apply botox and filler. I will not go back to Medical Village ever again.

Worst. Worst. Worst.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Beware of their sales tactics because they will say ANYTHING to sell to you. The sales personnel dont even perform procedures at the clinic so do not let their lies fool you. For example they will lie and say results will be seen in 3 sessions just to get you in...then after 3 sessions if no results are seen they will say that 10 sessions are needed...DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SKIN!I spent over $4000 for 4 sessions - arms and double chin with ZERO results.

I have really enjoyed my experience here so far! the staff are so courteous and polite. dr hamid is definitely very qualified and experienced, he takes his time to give u a professional and detailed analysis and discussion, he listens and he made me feel very comfortable. also they have good spacious facilities and machines

Very very very unprofessional service!!I waited for my (scheduled) appointment for over 3 hours! None even cared to update me or offer a glass of water. You feel more welcome in the train station wait room.I do not recommend Dr. Taghaddos for botox (or any other procedure). He did not provide ANY consultation. My botox was done very fast without giving me some information.One month later the line between my eyebrows is back. I went to another clinic and the doctor told me that the portion of botox was not equal and not deep enough. This was my first ( and last ) visit in Medical Village, waste of time and money.FYI: This clinic gives 40% discount if patients write 5-star review!SUCH A SHAME!

WARNING -The worst botox Ive ever had. So bad Ive sworn off of it. Until it wore off I couldnt wait to see my wrinkles again. I had been rushed in and out, I left and awoke the next day with 2 drooped brows that stayed 1/2 lower than their natural position, until the product completely wore off. Highly disappointed.

If I could give 0 start to Medical Village, I would do.Notice how some of the reviews show where employees of this company made mistakes and a womans face got burned, another one had a tattoo destroyed. When there are a lot of serious mistakes, it becomes dangerous, in my opinion.I had a Botox injection at medical village. As a result of this injection, I got Botox poisoning! I woke up with a headache every morning for six weeks and could feel a big lump in my forehead. Dr Hamid is very unprofessional, he is not a plastic surgeon. I wish I have never gone to Medical Village...

I would not recommend medical village to my friends and family. The patient care and patient satisfaction is below zero at this clinic.

Very Disappointed! The rating does not match a little with my experience here! This place is like a black hole for your wallet. They are not transparent or honest with their procedures and prices. Every time I went there, they asked me over and over again to buy their discounted package but they never told you that you need more sessions (which is not cheap) or you need forever maintenance to keep you skin look the same way.They promised me after three sessions I will be all set but she never mentioned a word that this is temporary. Every time you think you are done, she would tell you that you need more sessions, which will cost you much more! My budget on this almost tripled and they just told me I need forever maintenance.

Unethical and unprofessional!I went to Medical Village for laser hair removal. They told me is it ok to take pictures during the process, I said yes.Now, I see that my naked body videos and pictures are shared on their Instagram account. I called the clinic and asked to talk with Taghaddos. The front desk said we cannot connect you directly with him.I told the front desk lady to remove my naked body from their Instagram account! She said you should have thought about it before accepting to take a video!This “so called” doctor is very unethical! I did not know this video is going to be published publicly, I thought he wants it for his own record.

Great service starts right from reception. All staff are friendly with great smiles. Second treatment here. There are always on time with minimum waiting time. Dr Hamid is professional and friendly as well. Will continue my picosure treatment here ☺️UpdatesReceiving treatment for acne scar for months now. Seeing improvement and happy with picosure treatment results 😍Like the consistent approach and enjoy my treatment every visit. All the beauticians are just friendly and I can’t thank Dr Hamid enough. Dr. Taghados was so nice on the first day visit. He injectDysport for lines between my eyebrows and it just worked three days! When I backed to him after ten days and I said the result is gone, he said I should inject more! I said ok, you are the professional, you should know what you are doing, can you inject more unit now? He said sure, it is gonna be $150 !!!!!!I said what? It is your mistake and if you dont know how many unit your patients needs you need to correct it without charging extra! He said I dont do it, sorry.That was horrible.It shows he is not professional at all to do botox!I am not sure even he injected enough medicine!I wont recommend Medical Village at all.
