We have started learning French. Institute has amazing teacher , Mr Ruben. They follow social distancing in classes and have parking for students as well. Fees is reasonable and staff friendly.

After completing the french course I have been waiting for my certificate for 5 months now..When i follow up i get ignored.

Great institute, good staff and very flexible timing to fit my need. Im learning Japanese and the teacher is well equipped and experienced and makes it easy to understand and communicate new knowledge.

I only got 2 classes and the rest got canceled by them, didn’t even get a refund. Bad experience and waste of time

As a teacher I had to permanently fight to get my pay. It’s absolutely ridiculous!

Unprofessional and unorganized institute. I paid for the most expensive package (3700+ AED) to have private lessons hoping to get the best experience. Biggest disappointment and waste of money. I didn’t even complete the remaining classes because I was so frustrated. Multiple last minute cancellations (an hour before class) with no reschedule for that week, no book given only photocopies of random chapters, unclear homework assignments, no direct line of communication with teacher to clarify homework, teacher was forgetful and lost documents. Besides these issues I still gave the institute & teacher a chance, but after being cancelled on for the 4th time out of 6 classes, I asked to speak to the manager and requested a refund for the remaining 4 classes I had not taken. He denied the refund due to policy, we requested to speak to the owner and never received a response. Don’t waste your time or money.

I previously completed the BSL Level 1 course and Im currently studying Spanish with Pomegranate, both are fantastic! Great communication between admin/teachers/students, currently all done online but feel like were in a classroom and the teacher encourages us all the join in. Im definitely learning lots! Unprofessional Place They keep changing the dates and Cancel the classes all the time. I would not recommend it at all and many of my friends had the same incident so please don’t waste your time and money.

I worked as Teacher.....they did not paid me... I spend months for teaching ...they keep promising me to pay but never pay me......Very unprofessional .........If your tutor or teacher be aware they wont pay you

The worst institu ever in Dubai. Very non professional teachers and rude reception. The teacher dont have any certificates for teaching. Not recommend. Waste your time and money
