I had the OET exam there. It was horrible exam room! There was no cold Air-condition at July in Dubai !Exam room was like Sauna Bath.DO NOT ATTEND ANY EXAM AT THIS CENTER.

Very poor management... I understand that due to the circumstances of covid, they may be very overwhelmed and unable to handle the online workload... But, they really should try harder to manage.Firstly, I wasn’t put in the correct CELTA course which was confirmed from the institute that I was. Then, an undisclosed hidden fee left me owning 120 riyal. When I went to transfer it, the minimum limit was 500 riyal. They’re returned only about 100 riyal because of all the additional bank fees.Keep that in mind. Send an extra 60-80 riyal if you transfer them money.And now... after the golden stamp on my certificate was forgotten, I have to pay 350 extra riyal to ship it to Saudi AGAIN. Not my fault that the stamp was forgotten.I keep emailing them to just send it through regular mail, but they’re ignoring me.It’s their responsibility to send the certificate to me. Yet I’m spending all this money and being ignored.I’m not entirely sure what their job is. It’s pretty easy to send an email. Yet, they can barely manage that.Typical lazy work ethics... 👎🏻

Well, if I could give 0 stars that would be better. I took the CELTA training with Katherine. I have never seen a more rude and disrespectful instructor. Its a long story, but lets just say, if you study with her, dont cross her nor challenge her, shell mark you wrong. Absolutely the worst learning experience Ive ever endured.

I had my OET test here and the authorization staff took my photo with a mask, due to which my result got delayed. The roof was dripping and the management was quite poor. Everyone was late!
