No response at all. Took my detail and said they’ll contact me but did. 2 days in a row.

One of the German teachers has only basic German knowledge. Not good enough to teach students. They gave me an 80/100 score even though I answered the questions correctly (I made sure my answers are correct from the internet and by asking native German speakers). I tried to contact this institute after that and they kept avoiding my phone calls and my emails. They even blocked my phone number! I went there and told them about it but they refused to correct the mistakes! Unbelievable. Very late in issuing certificates too! It takes about 3 months to receive a certificate!! I do not recommend this institute at all!

The worst institute on the planet earth, DO NOT EVER think about attending this institute. They also have the WORST service in the world, they dont reply calls and emails.

The score plus staff and management on the whole were supportive and friendly.

Terrible service. The staff are very unhelpful and do not/are very late in responding.

Very bad service I don’t recommend this institute at all
