The lady at the reception has an attitude issue, i though something wrong with me, but while I was there waiting for my name to be called, I observed the way she is talking to other customers and was the same, it feels like she is paying our salaries. I also had a word with another customer there and he alos got same impression about the place, I was there only to get a certificate I need for work all good and I passed but when it comes to visiting this place again, I will never think about it even.

I really enjoyed being at Berlitz, Dubai. It was a wonderful experience there. The way they handle the classes are extremely unique and fruitful. Without any doubt i can say Berlitz Dubai is the best and awesome institute ever in my academic life where I could explore and improve my abilities and learn more. I am really glad about Berlitz, Dubai.

Terrible service and illogical policies.Had to miss a class cause my child has a fever, our class is 2 people (including myself) and both agreed to reschedule the class, admin said no. Asked why, they replied back its policy.I was like okay there is another class the teacher teaches that is one week behind us can I attend the class to learn the missed material admin replies back no. I asked why since for trials you allow ppl to take the class so its not something weird.. She replied back its policy.I wanted to continue with this school til level 8 because I was so serious about learning Spanish but unfortunately due to their policies and lack of flexibility and no SUPPORT in anyway of their students I will continue on with another company.So I said fine Ill come with my sick child in tow to class and ofcourse she said no that doesnt work. Honestly very embarrassing if I could give them zero stars I would.Save your money, berlitz only cares about your payment after that its policy go to a company that actually cares about your progress in the language.Response to post from owner:Traveling is a choice, missing class because you want to is on you. But a child getting a fever is unforeseeable and not a choice for you to miss class. You can schedule travel dates you cannot schedule children getting sick. There needs to be a distinction.*note: evening class is one chapter behind my class so would have worked perfectly.

Multy language center with premium standards of service.

Almost as if they are living in a seprate era, they didnt accept my gooethe A2 certificate and asked me to do the whole A2! what a bummer and poor bussiness

I feel so glad to express my gratitude towards Berlitz in Dubai. It was an energizing experience at Berlitz, the training that i got was outstanding and beyond my expectations. I am so confident to suggest berlitz Dubai to all my friends because it was that amazing experience i ever got.

I prepared for IELTS here and I reached a score of 8, just writing this review to thank the whole staff from reception till teachers and management, i will be trying Berlitz Canada for sure!

Loved the place. there is a lovely spirit, every time i walk in they are so welcoming and cheerful and their teaching ways are really fun and unique

I have been here at Dubai for last few months and was searching for an IELTS coaching institute. Then I came to know about berlitz, where it geared my visa to UK, within a short span of time I could achieve an excellent band in IELTS. My sincere Thanks to Berlitz.

I advise it to those who love to learn a new language or strengthen a certain language, their method is interesting and interesting and you do not feel that you have to pressure or get tired, but you feel pleasure and of course the teacher also has a role in that, but the curriculum style they do not make you feel bored or pressure, I tried more than one teacher and they all have a beautiful, fun and useful style Of course, but sometimes there is a problem with parking. I don’t know if it has been solved. In the last lessons I took, the center provided parking at the valet parking. I don’t know if it is still available, so I cannot evaluate parkingI hope that the positions are still available for students in the center

I took French lessons at Berlitz Jumeirah, I speak almost fluently now, even if I havent finished all 8 levels.Thank you so much!
