BEWARE!!!All Customer approaching this company.They are very UNPROFESSIONAL and CHEATERS after you pay advance for any project.They will accept all your requirements and Terms & Conditions before order but later inspite of endless follow up they don’t respond.No timeline followed and don’t provide you the brands or make you order.custom fabrication is not as per standard due no coordination between them.What you get is wrong measurement. Fittings are poor which leads to accidents and safety hazard.After sales service FORGET IT!! Don’t even think about it.From OWNER to each team member no one is professional and experienced in trading and customer service.Even if you still want to buy then expect only low quality items against advance amount. They use this trick to get orders and full amount of the items they plan to deliver. Don’t expect balance items or service later.

I have ordered equipment at Elegant Kitchen. After 50% downpayment was made, it took more than two months with countless follow ups until items were delivered.. No communication, no reply to phone calls and emails, lengthy order process and wrong custom item delivery and lowest possible quality - this is the worst kitchen item supply in UAE.. No customer service, no commitment and understanding how business processes should work. I lost time and money and it did not lead anywhere. I still do not have my items after four months.
