After researching several Kitchen designers and visiting their showrooms, we consider ourselves very fortunate in selecting Snaidero. Many of these kitchen design companies seem at first glance to be offering similar services, however when we dug a little bit deeper we were pleased to confirm that Snaidero surpassed all our requirements for both product and service delivery. Charlotte was our designer and from the start she was at pains to ensure she fully understood our needs and preferences, throughout the design process and through to installation. Even when we were continually changing our minds on the different finishes available and the various unit configurations, Charlotte had the patience of a Saint! Also, even though we were only redesigning an fairly small apartment kitchen, the whole team at Snaidero treated us as their most important client. And we love the finished product!We cannot say loud enough about how excellent Snaidero were. From the design team, to the contractors on site, to the marble works specialists - all were thoroughly professional, and their combined efforts ensured nothing less than total satisfaction.

Building my dream kitchen was something I always wanted to do and with the help of the Snaidero team I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Ziad and Charlotte were extremely helpful from the very beginning. They listened to my long lists of requirements and supported to me to design a kitchen that met all my needs and ensured that I get the best solutions in both the design and function. Once the design was finalized by custom kitchen was fabricated in Italy. One the kitchen was delivered to Dubai, the Snaidero team installed the kitchen in less than two days. The execution of the kitchen was smooth and seamless. I am extremely pleased and gratefull with the overall level of professionalism by everyone in the team. The Snaidero team supported me in coordinating with my kitchen suppliers to install all appliances and countertops. I bought my Cooking applies from Miele, fridge and freezer from MVP Appliances, my tap from Quooker and my Sapienstone kitchen counter and backsplash from Moda Line UAE.

Amazing team, amazing product. The only surprise you will have is when the job is done and you will see the final look, it will by far exceed any visualization you ever had.

The whole team has been very responsive, extremely professional and reacted pretty fast to some shipping issues at the peak of the pandemic. They have also listened to what we wanted to achieve and teh result was spot on! I never believed in bespoke kitchens but Snaidero has made me change my mind, not sure how i can live with another kitchen in the future is it is not from Snaidero. We are now Three months out since the kitchen is finished and we still get calls from them asking if all is ok. Thank you for your professionnalisme!

Our experience with Snaidero and with Charlotte at Snaidero has been exceptional, and warrants a review. Heres why:+ Exceptionally responsive - Charlotte was always available, worked through numerous iterations with us and was always timely with her responses+ Great quality - the kitchens themselves were fantastic at all price levels. From Pininfarina or Ferrari fame to the much more affordable Way range, the quality was never a compromise+ Genuine and collaborative - it was never transactional with Charlotte. She genuinely cared about our decisions and tastes and was extremely helpful in her suggestions from an aesthetic and design perspective+ Good value - I realize this is subjective, but it was good value for us. In my opinion, and we saw about 20 kitchen companies in Dubai, their value was top 3.+ Understanding - we didnt choose Snaidero eventually, but only because the aesthetic we wanted was different. Irrespective, they have been gracious and understanding even though they spent hours (over months) to help us design a dream kitchen with them.Thank you Charlotte, and Snaidero. I originally used Snaidero for my villa renovation. They did such an amazing job (from Design ideas, value engineering, followup with fabrication, and installation) that I now refer them to anyone I know that is looking for a new/ renovate kitchen. An incredible experience with Snaidero. From the first visit to the showroom until installation things were so easy and professional. Design was outstanding and maximised our living space. Fabrication and delivery schedule was clearly explained and all dates were adhered to.When the installation team came they were very respectful of the house and clearly cared about their job. Had the pleasure of receiving quotes and renders from Snaidero. Charlotte, who I dealt with, was efficient, professional and knew exactly what design I was after even though I gave her very little to work with.

Bad experience. The lady wouldnt want to come on site to take measurement and to discuss the requirements. She asked me to take the measurements and to send her pictures of my kitchen. Ridiculous. Then she provided me with a plan that was not even close what i wanted. Well if she came to see me and discuss my ideas should wouldnt have to do an unecessary work. I found her whole approach unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. I had to google exhaust options. No i chose another German company who came on site immediately and was able to give me professional advise what would work and what wouldnt. Good luck for the future with such an approach to business.
