The service is a complete joke, the most unprofessional company I ever see in 15 years here. The Sales Guy, Mohamed Shameer clearly does not care for his clients, nor does he care to give any ounce of professional service. We bought his brand new Italian Bekker Slicer, 1st day using it after 1.5 hours it overheats and cuts out. Seems more like China quality. For 2 days still waiting, it hasnt been replaced, the lazy sales guy never answers his phone, never replies to messages, horrible company, horrible service - I would recommend to avoid at all costs

I came from Nigeria to Dubai to order my equipments and I honestly was scared because of a previous experience and reviews on google but they had the best deal for me, customer service was perfect, my expectations were dismissed, my equipments arrived Nigeria in perfect condition. The worst company I have ever bought my industrial kitchen equipments. It took them 10 days to deliver( after many calls and my daily follow ups) plus they dumped the equipments outside of Restaurant and left, so careless and NOT customer oriented.After service is worst than sale. God forbidden if something went wrong in your freeze or chiller then wait for minimum two weeks to three weeks. Absolutely disappointed/unhappy and will never buy again even if price is cheaper than competitors.
