Pictures don’t lie.We bought a kitchen from them back in February and received it only in June.When we received it all the panels were damaged and scratched. In fact, It was so severely damaged that the kitchen looked like an old used kitchen.Their highly unprofessional installation team was responsible for many of the damages.They had even tightened screws on panels so deep that they appeared on the other side of the panel exposed to the outside visible for everyone.Dealing with them was an absolute nightmare. Although they finally agreed on repainting 90% of the cabinets after weeks of complaining, some returned with the same scratches and certain parts were left behind damaged like the corniche.Many other damages to the house were made by the installation team. As can be seen from the pictures they teared down parts of the newly done plaster of the wall, damaged the ceiling and floor.Until today I am waiting for rectifications from them and the entire company does not reply to a single email we send them.It’s a shame we paid them 100% before delivery as they don’t seem to care about their customers after receiving the full payment.We have had over 8 contractors in the house doing renovation works, and renovate our other properties frequently without any major issues. We are now almost 5 months later and are still stuck with an unfinished kitchen of poor quality as well.Highly incompetent people.

We got in touch with Abbas from Sicilia kitchens through a friends recommendation. We got our entire kitchen done through Abbas, and his team whose commitment and response is excellent. They delivered the kitchen on schedule & also offer on call support! We are getting our wardrobes done now, and the support has been excellent. Highly recommend their products and services !

The day we walked into Sicilia Kitchens asking directions for another store, little did we know that our whole house will be designed by them. First time we met Karuna Bhosale, her enthusiasm, passion and knowledge made us chose them to design and build our kitchen. Her designs have brought life into our house and we extended the scope to include wardrobes, vanity and wall cabinets for our entire house. My husband wrote about our experience with Cecilia Kitchen in English and I also wanted to write it in Arabic so that more customers would not be fooled with them as happened with us.We asked for a kitchen from them and we paid 100% of it completely before installation and that was a mistake, during the installation process they destroyed several parts of the kitchen wood and painted it in addition to the damage to the walls. After writing our experience in English, the management of Cecilia company contacted us and asked us to delete the complaint from Google in exchange for them to fix these problems, it has been more than two months since they did not fix anything yet and they stopped responding to our communications.Apart from installation problems, not all kitchen parts were delivered or installed as required.I advise any customer with extreme caution when dealing with them, there are many service providers in the market with efficient and better service from Cecilia.

Frankly, I worked for my brother and his job was excellent.
