Ordered 4 watches (emporio armani) during Black Friday sale via web.They sent confirmation mail after 1 days . Thn after 4 days they cancelled order and the reason is they dont have stock .if you dont have proper stock in company then why it showing in website as sale and sent me the confirmation mail during that period .completely out of business ethics and reputation .dissappointed 😕

One of the worst customer service experience:1. The salesman gave a price conversion in Canadian dollars, when we said we are ready to buy, he changed the conversion rate resulting in an additional 60 dollars2. I asked him if there is discount on Emirates platinum card? First he said 30 percent. Then he said 30% discount even without Emirates card. We said ok. While making the transaction he asked to show and sign off for platinum card when already agreed that discount is available even without the platinum card. Dont know why? It sounded strange and fishy.2. While paying the money of about 1400 dollars, we were one dirham short. Instead of letting it go, the salesman insisted on paying one dirham which he could have easily ignored. We somehow found coins and paid.3. All over the shop, there are stickers stating VAT included. Once we paid the money, the salesman said you have to pay another 126 dirhams as he forgot to add VAT. This was on top 60 dollars that he added earlier4. When we pointed out that VAT is already included, he said no. Then he called someone in private to check if he can let go 126 dirham and said no. His boss does not allow.5. We refused to buy and went out of the shop. When we were leaving the mall in our car, he called on the phone and said we have taken 90 dirham extra from him. When we explained that no its wrong. Actually he made a calculation mistake and has taken 10 dirhams extra from us. But we did not have time to go back and claim 10 dirhams.All in all, we wasted almost an hour. Could not buy the watch we loved and had to count money and call back to explain that he counted the money wrong.This happened to my guests who came from Canada while we were hosting them a dinner in Dubai mall. What an embarrassing moment for us. This hardly happens in Dubai but it has. Terrible.
