Extremely impressive showroom.The finish and quality is excellent and must visit for people who wish to buy gold, diamonds and precious stones.Good part - unlike many shops who haggle on the prices and you need to negotiate on & on, Tanishq seems to be working with transparent rules and fixed prices.Which can be good for people who do not like to haggle.If you are exchanging old gold, they have gold purity measurement machine.... so NO hanky panky business... you can trust 100%Only negative and the reason for 4 stars ... the current advertisement shows no deduction for exchange of old gold... this is not true.If you wish to exchange old jewellery for a new one, they will deduct 4% for 22 Crt Gold and 8% for anything below 22 Crt. I am disappointed that a honest brand from very well respected Tatas business house should stoop to marketing gimmick of mentioning no deduction.....

Really impressed with their unique designs and collections....not seen this type ornament designs with any other jewellers here....most of their designs are hand made and only one piece will be available...thank you very much for opening your showroom in Dubai...bought this unique set for wife as an Anniversary gift....

The exchange policies are very stringent...didnt expect this from the TATA grp (of whom we r great admirers)..but very disappointed this time....invoices are stamped without any explanation nd rules at the time of purchase r not adhered to when u want to exchange ..that too within 2 days...will never go there again....Tanishq Dubai

Worst customer service experience in dubai tanishq branch. I don’t recommend anyone to buy there. Back i India I use to buy gold from tanishq. But dubai branch is worst.

Visited the store yesterday evening as soon as entred they asked what I was looking for I told them for bracelet. The salesman showed me literally 3 collections when I asked for more collections he just neglected and not interested in showing me more collections.I always trust Tata product. At home I told my friend that we will go to Tanishq and whole time prasing the Tata products. Total disappointment.At least in dubai now I will never visit this store.

Tanishq Quality in Dubai. They charge a little more but their unique designs are sometimes worth it.
