Love the Pandora at Dubai Mall. Had gone to few of the Pandora before visiting here and was very impressed by the collections. All those charms I was looking for purchasing had it here. Apart from that the charms that were in rose gold was also available in silver. Was a happy customer after the purchase.

Never expected to have my ring got separated when Im wearing it, and told by the salez that I have to remove it whenever I touch the water or put lotion, OMG this is a difficult task to wear a PANDORA ring.

I put 1 star because I do not have the opportunity to put 0. This sales stand is a shame for the brand Pandora. The so-called saleswoman named Ivy is a true manipulator. She offers us a ring that is displayed at 395aed (I took a photo of this), and when all tests are done, at the checkout, she asks me 445aed (50aed more). At my request for explanation, she tells us that the price is 445aed, she was wrong on the display. First of all, its forbidden by law, I have to buy the item at the advertised price. This is the law here in the UAE. then, it scares the professionalism of this saleswoman who does not even know his products. I do not recommend this CITY WALK stand, or even the brand if it encourages such practices. I would do to all my entourage in Europe and the Middle East bad publicity to this brand. I am outraged by this behavior.

We were in a hurry to catch a flight and there were 5 attendants plus 4 cashiers with 3 cash registers and none of them attended to us for a good 20 mins and when we asked them, they were passive aggressive. Very disappointed
