We are going there for the second time. First time in 2019 , we bought a beautiful bracelet from there. Now we bought a second stud earring from there. Both designs are very beautiful. Their aftercare is also very good. We even exchanged our bracelet after few days because a delicate designer piece of it was sharp. Their customer care is very good. This time we went with our 7 month old baby, but she was happy with the atmosphere, and even the cashier lady helped me to take pictures when I was trying to make selfies with me and baby.

I have visited lulu al Barsha branch they have very good customer service but I’m not sure why they closed the negotiations door for the rate , I tried Swiss Pamp bar 99.9 wasn’t cheaper than others but trusted I didn’t pay VAT for 24k which a good offer from them .Recommended

Went to buy tortoise ring and when asked to increase the size the staff was laughing and giggling. Extremely annoyed with the behavior of the staff and raised the complained too. More disturbing is that they did not apologize for their behavior. Malabar should train his staff well before customer facing. I was the regular customer of Malabar but henceforth will not recommend it.

Unfortunately, Taban store. Especially for a brand like Malabar the service is badUnfortunately, the staff is indifferentA very bad costumer service. Specially for a brand like Malabar!We waited for 15 minutes without being attended to. Despite asking a couple of staff who were supposedly busy!I guess since they moved out from shopping malls Malabars costumer service became lower.
