The rudest staff Ive seen in my life! They all need to be terminated and replaced by fresh new people who actually want to work. They make you feel like a beggar you need to be in a waiting list to buy their super expensive products! Just wow! In a world where companies are looking out for customers to gain more business, Louis Vuitton has reached an arrogance level where they are ready to turn away 10s of customers every day with no supervision or management to care.

I went to the Louis Vuitton Store today in MOE as I wanted to buy mens slippers and was in a rush. The security guard greeted me and invited me in. As I was checking, I immediately found the slippers that I like so I asked a sales advisor can I get size 43 of this? He was like no it doesnt work that way, you need to put your name on the waiting list and we will call you when we are free! What in the world is this? What kind of business model do you guys follow making premium customers wait like beggars to spend money on your expensive products? This is humiliating and wrong on every level. I left the store and went to another luxury store and was out with my Mens slippers in 3 minutes! The staff are all arrogant and have no sense of customer service or know how to deal with customers!

I visited LV MOE and I was very disappointed with their customer service. Me and my wife have been LV customers for a long period and didn’t expect such a bad customer service and cheap tactics in their sales behavior. Louis Vuitton is located one of the upper levels of Mall of the Emirates. The range they stock is pretty much the same as other outlets. The one thing this location does that other Louis Vuitton branches don’t, is this one provides a ‘monogram’ service, where you can have your initials embossed on your bag

Highly highly unprofessional and lousy customer care service at dubai mall store. My son gifted me a vanity case acrylic material , when I went to exchange it the very next day, I was turned away saying that it has scratches while it was not even opened. I requested to show me the recording of the original purchase which they declined. Very uncourteous and rude staff. Probably the last purchase from them.

This is one of the places you wish 0* option was available. Nothing in stock, staff does not bother to help or give options to you. Much better stock in Dubai Mall. I was able to figure out from the staffs tablet myself that what I was looking for was available in Dubai Mall branch... if you are unable to stock goods before the festive season, what is the purpose of having store or inventory management in your organization? Also, how come the staff is unable to use their own tablets and recommend you that you check the Dubai Mall branch as the item is available there. Arent the both branches same company?? Overall very disappointing

Went there on January 2020 and was attended by a man (North African guy who also spoke French to his colleague while he was attending me). I felt like I was wasting his time and he didn’t offer any service considering the other boutiques where I had previously purchased from (Paris, Cannes, Dubai Mall). He just wanted to close my purchase as soon as possible to go on his next client. Worst surprised was when I opened the wallet I had purchased with him and it had a defect. I went to Dubai Mall afterwards where I met Miss. Ran a true exemple of a great Louis Vuitton SA.

Its a girl dream to own one luxury bag and Louis Vuitton is no exemption! Grab one at the Mall of Emirates LV store! I was assisted by Ms. Margarita, she was so kind and patiently laid all the options Ive got as per my budget and it was an awesome purchase! Would really like to share the experience that I had at the LV Boutique at Mall of the Emirates branch. Walked in the shop and I was attended by the staff name SULA. Glad to say the customer service level was up to the mark spectacular good product knowledge and really calm and polite. Sula briefed me about the brand and helped me witb the best option to choose for my self. Loved the customer service and the shopping experience at the LV BOUTIQUE at mall fo the Emirates. I will definitely suggest all of you to please meet SULA as she is one of the best and finest staff I have come across. Thank you once again for the wonderful shopping experience and will be back again soon.

Very disappointing service from this branch! I recently bought a bag from the store and this sales guy named Thomas was so rude and unprofessional! He was rushing me to pay for the bag right away while I was still checking out some items that Id like to purchase. I hope there was a ZERO rating which you dont even deserve. The saleslady was so ignorant and lazy. I asked her about a brown leather item and she kept on taking me from 1 place to another at the store because she was not sure where to find it. Even her said movement was slower than a turtles. She said she will check the requested item inside and didnt even ask me to be seated. She came back to talk with another salesman in a foreign language (trust in french or the like) then she told me that they only have 1 piece in Abu Dhabi. Ok, so? Youre supposed to tell me whether you will have stock anytime soon...etc. No, nothing. I had to ask like 4 or 5 questions afterwards. During all that time, the said saleslady was grumpy and not even attempting to smile, act nicely or even be optimistic. Thats miserable. Bottomline, your sales personnel would still require a lot of training in terms of dealing with people in the first place, then perhaps in terms of intelligence and addressing your Clients requirements. You are getting worse on a daily basis and I promise I will never ever think about buying any of your products again. I am utterly disappointed and you are completely not recommended for anyone on this planet.

Worst shopping experience. The sales people are very unmotivated and not helpful in the buying process. The sales people always act like their busy making you wait while they just stare around the store. Even when you buy a bag worth dhs 10,000, the purchasing process is super depressing. Don’t expect any special buying experience, like the ones experienced in the Gucci store right beside it.

Quite disappointed with the service in the shop. One of the most expensive shops in Dubai makes the people wait on a queue for 30 minutes, the staff are not very helpful, but rather rude and impatient. By far the worst experience I have had at any Louis Vuitton store, worldwide! All of the staff were extremely rude, ignored me on several occasions when I asked for assistance, and not to mention RACIST!! (The female LV worker at the door with the iPad, who is meant to welcome in customers, asked a woman of African decent why she was coming in to the LV store and what business she had there!) Overall, I’m absolutely appalled. Hence, why I took my shopping elsewhere.

Best after sales from any luxury brand in Dubai , since we have many items from their brand , we required 3 times after sales assistance in Dubai , and each time they attempted in the best way possible . The sales staff are also great , I saw the other reviews and I would probably agree with the sales staff not to rewrite by hand model numbers :))) which was probably to find it on the black market anyway , which I am sure is against store policy :))) we was shopping for years in Dubai LV’s , with over 10 sales representatives , and all of them are trained very well.

I went to the store yesterday to purchase the Louis Vuitton Damier Ebene Alma bag. Prescilla, the sales agent who “assisted” me, advised that ‘older women’ prefer the Pallas. Apparently at the ripe old age of 62, I am too old to carry the Alma. I left, with nothing (of course). You do not get to be rude to me and take my money. I walked straight across to Hermes where the sales associate was gracious and never once made me feel that I wasn’t ‘acting’ my age.

Worst experience ever! Purchased a wallet and it was damaged before I even used it. From one of the alleged top brands in the world I received the worst customer service. I was disappointed when I opened up the box and found out that the wallet was flawed. It was terrible, especially since I bought the wallet in another country 2,000 miles away. I had a trip scheduled to go back to Dubai so I would be able to get this taken care of, oh was I wrong. After going to the store and dealing with an incompetent store manager things become significantly worse. Instead of apologizing for the damaged product that they sold me, they tried to accuse me. We would never let something like that leave our store. If that wallet was in our inventory, we would put it through the shredder or burn it. Clearly that was not the case because they stuck me with this piece of garbage. I have never seen anything like that in all of the years I have worked here, are you sure you did not have it by a heat source? Implying that I had something to do with this poor quality product and no way could it be because the wallet was just a defect. The store manager claimed she couldnt do anything and had to send the product to the after sales team to determine what to do. The purpose of a manager is to make decesions, if LV doesnt allow their store managers to make decisions there is no point in having them at the store. If a regular employee cant do anything I understand how it could be out of his/her hands but a manager? When its clear as day that there is something wrong, correct the situation. Its the 21st century, things need to get done quicker. No one wants to wait a week + to have something shipped to an after sales team in another country to make a decision. The wallet was never used, exchange it out and then go and do all of the research about why the product was so terrible and the leather was poor quality. Take months to discuss it with your suppliers regarding why your taiga leather is rubbish and was wearing away and shriveled while it was sitting in your back room. Dont make the customer wait for something that is your fault. This was my first LV purchase and after this experience it will definitely be my last. The quality of the product is terrible and the incompetent service was the cherry on top.
