This is my second visit to Kanz. I went back as their service was exceptional in 2019 and the prices were very competitive.Walking around in the souk it can be very intimidating with the number of options and what store to trust etc...This time I was served by a Sri lankan manager (I forgot to take down his name).He was fabulous, so helpful and made sure i understand every detailed calculation before I left the store.Very polite and friendly service.Would highly recommend and would go back again, next time we are in Dubai.

They have about 10 different outlets (in Dubai gold souk) with nice collections of beautiful & unique designs of all carats of gold (24k, 22k, 21k & 18k) and diamonds. I didnt even need to check other gold sellers as I saw all I needed in all their outlets.They are also really hospitable with nice sales attendants who spoke bits of my language 😂😂 (Yoruba....as they have lots of customers from Nigeria). I was treated to my favourite masala Indian tea and other drinks to my hearts content 😄....also, *Marijoy* (my sales attendant) was so patient and understanding with my undecision (considering several lovely options to pick from) and related with my change of mind many times.Finally....I was able to bargain and get good prices for the purchases and exchange I made.Will definitely choose and recommend them again and again 💖

Visited the shop during my visit to Dubai and the shop has every design from every corner of the world - Singapore, Turkish, Italian designs, precious stones, pearls.And tax free shopping. I cannot recommend this place enough. They are everything from contemporary to classic designs (and some good copies of tiffany and Cartier designs, if you fancy).I was was after a specific type of bracelet and the rep who helped me (Mohit Joshi) was an absolute star. He knew exactly what i wanted once i explained and also gave me options on the sort of designs that might interest me. He was not over selling or over bearing but made sure I got what I wanted. My husband and I ended up buying more than what we had originally planned.We will definitely be visiting again.

I visited Dubai during the Christmas holidays and I stopped by at Kanz Jewlery in Al Ras. First I visited their main store with the gigantic gold ring and then I was accompanied to Kanz shop number 5.I had an amazing experience with all the staff members at the store from the time I stepped into the store. Awful!! I wish I could give them zero star which they deserve.Please read my honest review before considering buying gold from Kanz Jewels.Its a long review but I request everyone to read it patiently so that you can save your hard earned money from this rogue company named Kanz Jewels.I went Gold souq during my Dubai trip a few months ago to buy an earrings for me and gift my mom a pair of bangles. First I in entered their showroom on the main gate (Largest Ring)......But the collection were very limited there. So the arabic sales guy I think named Md. Saad told us to go to their main showroom located on the centre of three lanes just a minute walk....The environment of main showroom was kinda bustling. Nobody welcomed us and initially nobody attended us as the sales staffs were busy gossiping with each other........One of them came and after a minute later and her name is Karishma Joshi. Her style of dealing with us was not so impressive. Her approach to us was like we have gone there for seeking donation and she was doing a charity work!!!Making charge of the bangles were pretty high and when we asked her about the high making charges she rudely replied whether we were really gonna buy them or just there for price surfing!!! How offensive!!!Still we were polite and ask her to tell the manager for a discount, she called Sagar Pujari.....His approach wasnt good either. After doing a minimum of considaration he constantly forcing us for a cash payment as if it was our fault that we wanted to pay by card (Who carry cash ofb8000-12000AED!!)Moreover the cashier guy I think named Avishek Soni was standing, watching us and chuckling at us!!! It was o humiliating for us!!!Dissatisfied with there service, still we went upstairs for my earrings. The guy in the counter Sunil Sahoo was decent. But again Kanzs high making charge!! We asked Sunil to tell the manager, so he called Subrato Barman.......He didnt he help us one bit!! Instead of assisting us he turned back and continued his work of teasing some female staffs!!!! Pathetic experience!!We immediately went out from the despicable showroom. Later we bought far better designed Bangles and Earrings from Dhanak Jewellers with almost half of the Making charges compared to Kanz. The sales staffs were really helpful at Dhanak Jewellers.So to conclude, I will not recommend Kanz Jewels even to my enemies. Worst worst company. Cheaters, fraudstars!!

I visited Kanzs main store on 4/28/2017 to purchase bangles and an anklet. The Retail sales officer Mr. Mudasir assisted me. He was wonderful and took the time to answer all my inquires regarding my purchases. He is very sweet and he deserves a promotion.

They jwels for display. Inside nothing. Don’t know what is laser engraving. Cheated me by doing scriber engraving instead of laser engraving which I told to do on my wedding band. They dnt have display models and even pictures of same. Saying different making charge for same item in next day.Dnt believe these liars
