Very worst experience with cashier at deira gold souq Branch. Very first time in the world a genius cashier weighing my gold with price tag and saying if tag removed then weight is as described and packed it for delivery!!!! Be careful it wasn’t weight as mentioned.... number 1 cheaters. Hope soon they will be busted by dubai police

We know gold was expensive but if you visit Joyalukkas its will more expensive.There calculation was simple..For every design they have different making charges(if you have knowledge in gold) you will know whats meaning of making charges.Mostly in Joyalukkas the making charge was 20% average around.It means if you buying a gold necklace which is 50grams of 22 carat gold.Suppose 1gm of 22 carat gold price is 200AED.50*200=10000AED(GOLD PRICE) on this they will charge more 20% making charges and if the necklace have stones(more extra charges based on the grade)So the total necklace cost will10000(gold price on that day)+2000(making charges)+ extra charges for stone it will cost around 13000AED..From there they will negotiate..and will give last price after consulting the manager..Maybe 700-800AED less..Compare outside theres no such making charges (heavy)usually it will be around 8%-12%.I wont suggest this to any of my friends/family.

Worst jewelers shop ever come across. Firstly while entering no one there to take your temperature nor to welcome you. Secondly we had to just see each other’s face when after 15 min after asking them to assist the sales person came. Thirdly most rude sales persons we ever saw in gold shop.Please choose nearby shop where you are treated like the way you are suppose to. Also they try to be over smart thinking we customers are fools.

We were there on Friday, it was busy, after waiting for 10 to 15 mins we came back because no one attended us
