I had purchased a bracelet and it was meant to be a twisted design bracelet which came undone even though it was used only once. Inspite of them repairing it, it came undone again the second time too. Poor customer service, didnt agree to exchange a faulty piece...would never advise to buy high end items from here.

I recently brought a watch from this jeweller and was very happy with the service provided, so I enquired about having a watch cleaned up as it was very scratched on the clasp. On collection on said watch I couldn’t believe it was the same watch a had given them 3 days before it looks absolutely fantastic like the day I brought it.
