Bought a tennis bracelet for my sister as a gift. The clasp keeps on opening and doesn’t work properly, we’ve taken it back twice and they refuse to change the clasp and tell us that it’s normal for the bracelet to keep opening. Management is a pain to talk to and the sales lady is unhelpful. Don’t purchase because they will not take responsibility for their merchandise after sale and will not be helpful.
