What a joke for after sales ! They sold ´e a defected bag, i kepts going back to them to fix it, now they said there is no warranty on the lock, its 6000 dirhàm bag. I own everything mont blanc from pens to wallets and even cuff links, I swear to go i will never buy a single product from them again. Sold my loyalty for their terrible service.If you are reading this, you better off not waste your time here.

I bought my very cherishing Montblanc Tobacco Notebook at this boutique and it was my first piece from MB.And the time I spent there was fulfilling since the experience was great.The staff listened to me and they cleared my doubt over an issue with their good communication skills.I tried a Pix Pen too.It’s definitely a memory I’m hanging onto and it happened around my birthday last year in November.

Wish there was a Zero rating (which you do not even deserve). After buying & using over a dozen of your Products (e.g.: Wallets, Card Holders, Key Chains/Rings, Pens, Bags, Clutches, Belts & even Perfumes), I visited this branch yesterday and I have had a horrible experience with your so-called Sales Team. No one approaches the Customers when they enter the Store. They are standing in small groups just side-talking and looking at Customers. When I needed assistance, I had to request it and I have been attended to by an Arab male named Bilel. He is so grumpy, arrogant and ignorant. Even the CEO of Montblanc wont be as arrogant as the said so-called Salesman. Not even half a smile during my visit (Dont smile, at least dont be grumpy). Furthermore, I have inquired about a specific Pen (Montblanc M) and he informed me that there are 3 colors (Black, Red and METAL). When I inquired about the price, he replied that the METAL one is worth AED 4500 (a bit more expensive than the other 2 colors). My axiomatic question was: What kind of METAL is that Pen made of to be more expensive than the other 2 colors?. The frustrating reply was Stainless Steel, despite the fact that its Clip is Platinum-coated as I have sighted later on your website !! Now, the expensive price makes sense for me. Thanks to me of course, NOT to your so-called Salesman who knows nothing about the Product.Moreover, I asked for a piece of paper so that I could check how the Pen feels like when I actually use it. I trust that he would not be more depressed if I took his money out of his own pocket, WHICH HAS LED ME to leave the Pen immediately and leave the store.What kind of a dealing is that? Street buyers know how to deal with Customers in a better way. I dont care as to whether he has issues or hates his own life (which was quite obvious). We all have problems but we have to maintain professionalism at our workplaces.Your service is getting worse on a daily basis. Your personnel do need more training in respect of how to deal with your Customers, especially your loyal ones. In addition, they need to know that quality of the service DOES MATTER.Disappointing service, a real frustrating experience. Perhaps another stores staff would be better, but I would not recommend this store to anybody as its staff really knows how to ruin the Brand.

Utterly disgusted by the service. It’s a shame, when you’re a frequent client and get a very horrible treatment. Came in to the Mall of the emirates mall to fix husbands belt, i don’t remember the sales mans name, but the way he took the belt and did the job as if he did me a favor. I asked for a bag, i had two belts one from Mont Blanc other from Ferragamo, the guy saw i had to belts, instead he gave me a very tiny bag seeing im struggling he simply did not care. Just disgusted. I didn’t have the time to argue, but i hope the management sees this and takes action into training their staff.

I am looking just for a pen refill not a rare stoneI went first time for a refill and they told me it was out of stock but will be back the day after, max two; I went again after 6 days and they told me just finished to come back in few days.Why you sell the pen if it is so complex to have a refill to use it?

My wife bought me a wallet as wedding gift which is meant to have a removable card sleeve, however, as soon as i receivers, I’ve noticed that the sleeve was glued in.I received the wallet while we were traveling abroad, so as soon as we came back, we returned to the shop.After a week in, they inform us that the wallet had no manufacture defect and that they will just clean it and return it. Which I find very odd. If a glued in sleeve is not a defect then what is a defect?I have asked for the wallet to be replaced instead of cleaned and I am still waiting for answer.I find it quiet arrogant, that a luxury brand with such name, has such attitude and blatant neglect to customer service.You literally feel gas-lighted speaking to them.

Very bad service. They didnt have product I wanted so I asked them nicely to check if they have this product in any other shop in Dubai. He was claiming that its not possible and I can go by myself and check in other stores. There are so many stores in Dubai and I need to lose all day to check them all. And we are talking about product of 2000 aed. Very bad service.

Have been a loyal MB customer for 24 years. Stopped today NEVER AGAIN. My wallet has lost some shine and took it to MOE. They polished it in 10 mins and said sorry the leather has faded and they could not do anything about it...hang on...is this a street side vendor?...because I would expect that. The brand does not stand behind its products. Dont spend your hard earned money on this pathetic excuse for luxury. #montblanc # montblancuae

This is a reseller store for Montblanc, so expect you may face some issuesLike pushing you to buy, pretending it is a limited time discount or it is the last piece in all branches, after sales issues, etc.Better go to Dubai Mall branch, it is Montblanc themselves and it is one of their biggest stores in the world and you will find all the collection and the luxury treatment expected

You dont expect that in a such good brand, get someone who will lie to you about prices. So, be ready that they will tell you the bigger than real price and will give an imaginary discount. The second time I have gotten a problem with this branch. I suggest you to go to any other store of this brand. This one looks nice, but staff makes it a terrible

New Summit watch is a bad product - store replaced the first watch i had a issue with - watch just goes dead. Second watch same issues not even 2 months old. Still waiting for the manager to call me back after leaving several messages for him...very poor service honestly....
