Try to avoid buying from Pure Gold, the quality of jewelry is very low, white gold needs polishing every month because the paint peels off quickly, I gave my white gold ring just for polishing bcz it’s became yellow and they made size smaller by pushing my ring and make it tight, the customer service is disaster they didn’t do anything about it, for any question you need to send email and nobody answer you. Very bad staffs at most of their shops. They aren’t not trained to assist complaints, the staffs will answer you that they cannot do anything and ask you tonsend email to customer care and no solution or ideas for customers. I met Nasima, she works at mall of emirates branch, she doesn’t have any empathy towards my issue and only asked me to communicate by email to customer care. Moreover she confronted me and argued with me. She kepr arguing with me that she was misunderstanding for what I said.Your staffs shouls be trained as good listeners. No manners

I think this jewelry shop does not know about the concept of customer satisfaction.First they offered the price around 3700 for a necklace but when I told them that I wanted to exchange, I had to pay 3000 dirham more in addition to my old small necklace (original price 2299).So my old necklace which I purchased 2 months back was worth like 700 dirham if I exchanged it.I will avoid this shop from now on!

Very good prices and there is a lot of different models. I liked the rings the most I bought one for my wife`s birthday.

Place for all gold items and new designs. Good quality.
