This was the best store we visited in the Gold souk. A great selection of jewellery, unique designs. Bhavesh was so knowledgable and provided the best service. He gave very good advice and I could tell that he is there to help me instead of blindly making profits. The whole time I never felt rushed or pushed to make a sale. I went through the whole souk and never found such unique and elegant designs as at Al Anwar store. Prices are reasonable, service is wonderful. They arranged jewellery delivery as we were not able to come to the store on time. I even asked Bhavesh advice on my personal jewellery and he gave me a great advice. I appreciate his style of working, he is very intelligent man with a tremendous experience. I even ended up buying a second piece of jewellery from him. He was very patient and educated me on how to choose a proper jewel and how to distinguish between fake stone and a real one. Thank you Bhavesh! You will forever be my favourite jewellery guy!

A dishonest company with awful customer service that made our dream a nightmare - firstly ignored our requests & made the wrong color & style of engagement ring! No apologies or sympathy from them for this, then after 5 weeks we got the replacement ring which after 3 days was tainted and turning black - we discovered it was dipped and not solid gold as requested & promised - we also found out the other 18ct yellow gold wedding ring we bought was is in fact only 9-14ct gold even though they stamped it 18ct - highly dishonest and illegal. The whole time they were unsympathetic, slow & unhelpful - they seem to blame us or think we were making it all up - in the end we had to ship the rings back on their account, they wouldnt even arrange that for us, it took another 3 weeks just for a refund and they made us pay the bank charges just as a final insult - what should have been a great experience turned into 4 months dealing with unapologetic, unhelpful, unwilling, unprofessional & dishonest people.

Bhavesh was sincere, honest and provided great customer service. Their non-diamond collection was very good compared to 80% of the shops in the souk. More European vs traditional arabic/south asian style. Bhavesh did not push for a sale or over promise. He and his manager worked with us until we were completely satisfied, completed all adjustments in due time and agreed to send their driver to wherever we would be for hand delivery as we were touring around. I recommend visiting their store.
