It was okay. just tasted average to be honest. theres nothing special about them, they just look pre-made and heated up food - only ordered because we had an entertainer voucher so decided to try it out - but i think this just goes to show that when it comes to good Japanese food - never order fast food! youll just end up disappointed.

Tasted nice , prices are bit high for family, I wish if the had smaller portions, couldnt finish my katsu chicken meal, and my friend couldnt finish her salmon, big meals.

Saw this Japanese place in the food court of Dubai Mall. Sugoi. So I decided to have my lunch from here.I ordered the Bento 2. That comes with noodles or rice and sides of chicken and beef and a small salad. I liked the sides. They had a good taste and the chicken was well done too. The noodles was good. Its like a one time meal in my opinion. The price isnt very pocket friendly either for a meal of this size. 29 Dirhams for the Bento 2. A bit on the pricy side.Id give it a 3.5.3.5/5.

Not worth the price. Noodles were salty, shrimp not deveined, rice almost spoiled, and chicken not cooked well enough. We wanted to approach the manager/supervisor (Im not sure) that was there at the time but he doesnt look accommodating. I was planning to give 1 star only but Im giving an extra star for the friendly staff/cashier.

Impolite underresouced staff with no idea about customer satisfaction and service. A lot of careless attitude and lack of respect. I believe 1* is too generous for them....

One of the worst food i ever had the food was cold tasteless i kept telling the customer service i wanted it hot and they said it is always hot but that was not the case i will never try it again

Disgusting noodles it tasted like instant microwave noodles, they forgot to give me my boiled egg ,broth was bland but the teller was kind

I ate here as my only meal on my last day in Dubai and have had the worst food poisoning of my life. I knew within an hour or two something wasn’t right. I haven’t been able to eat anything for 3 days now. On the other hand if they marketed themselves as a weight loss center they could do quite well. So stay away unless you want to live in the bathroom for a week.****update*** the infection I received from this business has lasted months and doctors said it can happen when employees don’t wash hands. It also triggered celiac disease which I’ll now have for the rest of my life. So yeah, not sure the combo meal was worth it.

The portion of the chicken ramen is very small. The noodles tasted like those from the instant package, and there were only few pieces of kinda dry chicken. The egg was not just hard-boiled, it was overcooked. The broth was good though.Will prefer paying more and get a better quality one

A decent place for Japanese food I ordered the miso ramen, the miso broth was really amazing but the chicken was very dry and I would have preferred a soft boiled egg instead of the hard boiled

First time to eat @Sugoi Citycenter deira Mall dubai, i orderedspicy beef Ramen..and it doesnt taste like Ramen.. it was very salty..nd its far from taste from Ramen ..awful experience..crew staff are nice but food...is big NO. 😏

Tasteless food

We ate very delicious sushi, the sashimi was great for a snack! Better than many restaurants. We even had to reorder 🤤

The sushi that God gave me sustains from the grace and the fish and the shrimp were delicious they had a meal of them

It was cold and tasteless.The cost was too bad that I did not want to take photographs that were too expensive. Eat everything because money is badI made a big size with a platter, but it did not look like the picture, and it gave me some sushi lunch boxes.

Fast service and excellent dishes
