A small establishment geared towards pizza and pasta delivery, with only a small indoor area where you can order, no indoor seating but a few very casual and not-tended-to outdoor tables out the front.The quality is pretty ordinary. The pasta doesnt seem freshly made, and pizzas dont have the flavour or quality of a proper pizzeria. All up, if youre up for an easy delivery style generic pizza/pasta this is fine, but for people looking for authentic Italian this outlet doesnt really cut it.

Hopeless service, as they dont cater to sitting guests but are interested only in fulfilling delivery orders. They took 10 mins to even come to take our order. Order taken at 9.45pm was eventually (wrongly) served at 10.12pm with all the wrong ingredients that were specifically not wanted, despite the waiter (on his own) having repeated the order thrice! Proof attached! Even the second time, the pizza contained onions, which is sheer negligence. Juices took like 40 mins to come! Pathetic attitude and behaviour of the staff.This is basically an outlet and not a restaurant, as their seating is basically encroaching on the pavement! We shouldve left upon entering itself. Our bad luck! Of course, we paid the entire bill but the experience was pathetic.

2 weeks in a row via the Talabat App and again Pizzaro are having technical issues. Talabat wont issue a refund for 5-7 working days on my 190 AED. Never again Pizzaro for staying on the Talabat app and never again will I be using Talabat. Stick to Deliveroo

Done and online order, they said order can’t be placed in this way and took the liberty to change it the way they liked because I didn’t pickup the phone quickly enough, they refused a refund and transferred me a to manager when I called that did tell me that she is not a real manager and I have to wait for a day for a real manager to come and think about my problemI would definitely not order from them againThey fixed it (or so they say) but this would be my first and last time to order from them still, ruined my pizza night and the worst thing was the customer service interaction

I ordered some pizza in this establishment that according to Apps would arrive around 7 pm, as I saw that it was not delivered I called the pizzeria twice and they told me that the driver had already left and that he would call me, when it was 8pm the driver arrived and told me he was late because it wasnt Iftar time. The pizzas were cold, I called again to show my dissatisfaction since I was paying for a good quality product. I was told that the manager would call me back, but I never received an apology call for the poor service.

We had visited this place for dinner and very happy with our choice of restaurant. The pasta and pizza were really good and had the authentic Italian flavour. Kudos to the chef. The restaurant is on the ground floor of cluster Q (Saba 3) so keep this in mind while navigating. The restaurant is mostly a take away place but has lovely outdoor seating (the views arent that great though). I will definitely be ordering or visiting here again and recommend it to anyone who loves authentic Italian flavour

We are in qurantine and missing so many things like outing or dinning in restaurants..My whole family is pizza lover.we tired to satisfy our cravings for Italian food..we tried cheese sticks,spicy chicken wings,extra garlic bread ,super meal pizza,vegetable pizza,deluxe pizza,chicken Mexican fettuccine ,meat lasagna,Cheesecake and potato wedges.Everything was so delicious and fresh.Their delivery service fulfill all safety precautions. Food is good in quality and taste. Food portions are also very good according to the price. I highly recommend it to everyone as this because have healthy options with very good price and quick delivery service. Each order is catered personally with guaranteed freshness and taste. Must try their pizza especially deluxe pizza.

One of the best pizza places!Pizza is 2 for 1 with vouchers, nice view and fresh air. At some point of time quality of food went down, but now its nice again. Coming here once per several week.

Very bad customer service, even thu in the same building there is Double Ds and papa Johns but decided to try their pizza because it is nice . But when I booked the pizza , I waited for like 10 minutes while the cashier was speaking on the phone , not even the manager help for the payment.Maybe because they have a crazy offer on Tuesday , they dont care?!Not recommended.I tried them again the food was so nice. Their pizza is so light.

Very bad experience - ordered at 8PM, called after 1h and 25 minutes - the food was still in the restaurant...called again after 30 mins, the food was with the driver...called after another 30 mins, kept on hold for 10 mins and no conclusion. Food arrived after 2h 40 minutes - cold and very bad, had to throw it away...

Stay away from these people. Keep on sending you SMS messages with special offers, but when you’re ordering no special offers are valid for your order. They refer to “DND1672 applies” and who knows what that means??????Please don’t support businesses with such bad ethics and expose them until the learn their lesson !!

Food was overcooked, it wasnt good at all...I am very disappointed, I ordered shrimp pasta ..it was the first time I ordered from them and definitely the last... to be fair packaging was nice.
