A business center that doesn’t take care of businesses. It’s a large center, sure, but it only has the workings as any other Etisalat showroom. Nothing business friendly about this place. Only come here for your personal telecommunication needs.

Hard to find parking. this branch used to be the main one and you can talk to mangers if you have a real problem especially if you own a business account. now its all staff with tablets and they will do the same thing you will do online. useless
Service is poor. Waiting timeliness 1 hour. Out of 24 counters only about 8 counters are operational. Hence lotbof rush.
Business center would ask for documents in such patter which is ridiculous, i went back and forth just for some awful hassle they are asking for.Immigration card numbers are there big picture is there company stamped... what they required are the logos of EMARAT etc.... does it make any sense in terms of sim requirements? Day by day there services are worsening.We are happily switching to DU
Worst experience ever, out of 24 counters only 10 are working in which only 2 are dedicated for business lines. Waited 3 hours for my turn. Horrible. Staff work like sloths 🦥 very very slow. And in those working few of them are on their phones. They dont care.
Bit of a wait but I had forgotten it was month end. However once you are served super friendly and efficient
Edit:3 visits 6 months into the process and still being charged for a landline that’s is not in use for the past 8 months ..3 months ago we spoke to a manger to try to speeded up the process ..July 2021 cancelation is still not done … still getting bills although requested to close the line 3 times..their reason is “ we have issues with call centre business numbers” .. we don’t have a call centre never had one .. baffling!
Most of staffs are just chatting around . Waiting for 3 hours now as it’s already 3:32 and My number still not been called and it’s not month end so it means service is really slow. Very disappointing as expected 👍
Customer service is impossible to get on the phone, the worst customer service ever, and when u try to contact them all you can get is a digital assistant that asks u whats wrong and the registers a technician without you speaking to another person to tell them whats wrong and ask them how to fix it.
Customer support ( Reception service) need to be upgraded.
Very bed experience!Waited for 1,5 hours and left.System was not working and only Few officers (3-4) were assisted the clients ( approx. 25-30 clients) in whole office designed for 30 employees. Many clients left without waiting for their turn.
