A very humiliating case happened to me by the service of Nexus Insurance Brokers and Zürich International Life Limited. The broker of Nexus pulled me into a very unsecure deal. Now I have completely lost my savings of 2 years!I never will have opportunity to earn this amount again as I am 56. More than 9000 USD flew away. Its a very big amount for me. Im here without any coverage.I am totally indignant and disappointed.

Have been trying to contact them via email but reply still. A very poor service. Even wrote email to nexus advice hotline but from them also no reply.Called them also and they said they will contact me but no response.

Unpleased with the after sales service. Placed a request which is normally completed for 10 days but due to neglect and poor follow up with the insurance company, its almost a month now and were still going back and forth with document submission. Bernadette Zamora is not professional and the customer service I experienced and is still experiencing is far from standard.

They are bunch of robbers in suits. You buy a policy and then they tell you we dont have time for you. They are rude and treat you like you owe them money. Chandrakanth and kazim are two people you need to avoid specifically.

Parking your funds here is fine just dont expect profitable returns. Bad experience with Nexus Insurance brokers. Was parked for 10 years with a significant loss at the end of it all. Buyers Remorse !!! Beware of the profitable returns that are promised .. scam !!!!

Im not going to give any star for Nexus insurance (but I have to so my comments will be published). Because I am very disappointed about the services given to me. Im not going to recommend nexus insurance as a broker to my relatives and friends! The agent in Nexus is not assisting the client properly especially for the request of full encashment. In my case I am the one who sent my documents for request of an encashment to Zurich instead of my agent, she should submit the original documents so it will be catered urgently. she knows that my request is an emergency purposes and now she is ignoring my messages. till now my request is not done yet and I have to wait, I dont know when it will happen. If she just put that on priority and assisted me accordingly my request will not take for 23 days and more. There should no negative feedbacks to be addressed to M/s. Nexus. To all the prospective client, I will think twice. before signing with Nexus as your broker for Zurich insurance.

Great insurance provider with helpful financial advisers.

When I met the broker in Nexus he told me of rainbows and unicorns and I unfortunately believed him ... 5 years after I finally had a friend of mine look at my portfolio and he was in shock. At a time when the US stock market was booming and people were doubling their investments, I was actually at loss.Meaning I paid these guys every month, after 5 years the value of my portfolio was less than what I had paid!!During these 5 years I had met with the brokers from this company multiple times and not once did they raise a red flag or provide me alternative solutions, each meeting was talks of how I could perhaps die in a plane crash or lose a limb so I should purchase insurance from them to save my family in such cases, or similar scenarios to upsell.My mistake was trusting them, they had wasted my hard earned money on horrific public companies in the UAE (a country that is struggling significantly financially).I requested a refund, and they deducted $9,000 from what was already less than what I had paid over the past 5 years because of early encashment (this process itself took months just to happen, there were times they would not reply back to my email for 3 weeks).Instead of being a bit embarrassed from the services they provided, from the fact that their execution was so different than their promises, from taking my money and losing it, but no, they are cold blooded money-grabbing tricksters, who never even apologized for their ridiculous behavior.So yeah ... beware :)
