VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ZURICH.They delay everything. Every time you need to call for follow-ups regarding your request as they dont even bother calling you. Tried so many times to speak to the manager but so many alibies. Very stressful dealing with them and would not recommend it at all.

Compared with Zurich it’s more easier to encash matured policy from Indian insurance companies.Submit a cancelled cheque with original policy document, in no time you get money in your account.Where as Zurich requirements to pay matured policy are too much and some of them are meaningless.

Zurich needs to make paperwork fast and easy. The response time is bad.

I has a case whereby Zurich purposely withheld information on the basis of defrauding me. This was then used as a reason to not payout as I was not aware of there treatment. Avoid this company at all costs as they dont payout abd are just in the business to take and eat your premiums.

I had very very bad experience with zurichThey had delay in every steps of procedure I requested full surrender on 2 March 2021 till now I have not received the fund in spite of hundreds of call and emails.I am really regret that I had saving plan with zurich.

This company is only after your money. I can under no circumstances recommend this company. Their customer service is none exciting and if you ever try to get what is rightful yours, they will prolong that request as long as they can to hold on to your money. waited 6 month. Any try to get some communication between customer and company is delivered by a template issued by a bot.I speak from experience, a horrible one. Worst decision in my entire life.***Funny you want to help now, after we had to struggle with you for 6 month. Sorry your help comes a little late. Google reviews are meant to be for customers and for the products or services of the company, and not so much about working there. These employees are trying to bury customer reviews with their 5-star reviews of working there. This is not Glassdoor. If they have to go to such lengths to boost their companys reputation, then thats shady in itself about its practices. This company, and the employees who work there, has scam written all over it - it is life insurance after all, and many will just be after their commissions.

I started my withdrawal request at the beginning of August. Its been more than 4 months. And its still processing. And I can only get some updates from them by calling them myself. Most of times, the people who answer my call know nothing about my case and they tell someone would call me back shortly and then no one ever call me back. This is the worst cusomer service I have experienced ever.

Do not trust Zurich insurance. Have anybody read whole part of terms and conditions. It is a scam, abiding the laws of country. But customers are verbally cheated with lots of charming offers which may not exist in the document. Expats should never invest their hard earned money because they may not give you back the investment if you do not complete the term. Only benefactors of their products are brokers and Zurich. If you are an investor you are looser.

Worst customer service ever, takes ages to solve anything, and each time you call them you have to re-explain everything. A 5 year old would probably understand issues better. Also, its impossible to speak with any supervisors, probably they are too afraid to speak directly.

My Experience with Life Insurance Brokers Dubai has been excellent. No other insurance company has given me such an insight into the pro and cons of each policy available. Investment products are not good for people planning to live in USA. I lost around $50K as Zurich do not support or accept payments from customers in US. my family situation changed and received green card after 4 years of joining Zurich. We had to move to the USA. This was not clear from day 1 as Zurich target is profitability and they do not care about customers. Definitely dishonest business and I dont recommend it. I lost 40% of total investment value which is not fair!

As an expat in Dubai you look for ways to invest your savings and plan for the future. Having done so and entrusted Zurich like in Europe with this important aspect I had to realise years later when I was in need of these reserves how poor the company serves its customers. Surrender should be a simple and straight forward process but was made not only difficult but costly. Their own regulations were not good enough and more notarised paperwork was required unnecessarily delaying the process. Mostly due to untrained staff and negligence. A formal complaint only resulted in lala response apologising back and forth. Short, Zurich in Dubai is far from what it is in Europe or Asia...

No reception available and no entrance without declaring that

The worsted decition in my life, signed up for 20 years pension plan. Now after 10 years there is less money then I have put in and ontop of it I can not withdraw it without paying a penalty which is almost halve of the balance. Thiefs......

This is a scam insurance, it is no value for money. The fund managers eat all the money and do nothing with the premiums that one pays to this greedy company. I moved to Australia thinking that Zurich was a global company but I was mistaken. I was told that they will not be able to transfer the Zurich insurance from Dubai to Australia. I cannot even pay the premium in Australia. The To top it all, if one has to submit a claim, it has to go all the way to Dubai. In the end I decided to surrender the product for which I will lose 50% of what I invested.

Disgusting experience with this company. I regret to say that I was happy to cancel my policy with this company .They dont care for customer .Such a big name and are careless about there clients .After all wost experience I would have my personal opinion that God forbid if any things happen to the policy holder this company will not give claim .It is my personal recommendation that kindly dont purchase policy with this company as this company is careless about there client. Making false commitments and wasting time.

I was cheated by their broker Sahara Insurance company located in Deira near Abu Baker Siddique station of nearly AED 24,000 dirhams. Their sales executives misled me into taking what I thought was an investment and savins package but was infact a critical illness package. I advise everyone not to deal with Sahara Insurance
