Hello, I do not write frequent review but in this case I really need to say something. We moved from DXB to Geneva this summer, taking whet we told was great insurance Many of our belongings and our car was damaged. It is now 6 months later and Earnest is trying to continually negotiate, delay to pay as little as possible. We had to replace a number of items with Earnest settling far below value and we have to cover the difference. They still have not settled the damage to our car and only offer to pay 10% of the cost! I am deeply suspicious of all the 5 star reviews they receive as our experience is really awful. I suggest dont be fooled. I will update when I hear from Reuben they guy from Earnest that is really treating us unfairly.

I cancelled my car insurance which I had taken from them. It has been more than a month yet the same hasnt been processed. All I received was 15% of what they said I will and since then they have been trying to sort the issue with zero communication. Have written several emails yet nothing seems to be working. I would suggest stay away from them. There are better companies who process all your needs in much less time.

Brilliant Customer Service. I had a major issue with the car insurance company with regards to change in price. After I paid the amount they got back saying prices have increase by Aed 1000, which of course unacceptable.
