It was a pleasant experience to live here for a year, however the district cooling or Empower made us leave the house. The charges are way to high and you are billed for the chiller even if you don’t use it or are on a holiday. They keep charging you.I would suggest you to rather choose Shorooq Apt. which is across the road and has a similar structure and managed by the same company.2 stars because of the location and connectivity from here, or else the Empower nightmare would definitely earn this community a negative rating.

Dont even think to rent in any compound under dubai asset management!!! I signed a contract that they will do maintenance before i move in, but they dont every thing is broken and after i complain no one came and do their job!!!

Great community to raise a family. Pedestrian friendly community with lots of amenities. Well maintained landscapes and facilities. Reasonable rent but becomes expensive because of the EMPOWER charges.

Great place to live with families and pets. Management is very quick to respond and action all queries.

Just dont go there, they have alot of issues in maintainance everything is broke up one by one just after two or 3 months, and big fun is that when you leave they will make you pay even for things we didnt do and you cannot do anything. Really bad management and customer service and does not worth all that money.

Lots of play areas for kids, lots of cemented areas for kids to ride cycles or run around playing anything they want, well maintained and beautiful garden and living spaces. Good maintainence services given. Monthly flea markets and other family entertainment stuff for the community . Carrefour, pharmacy and laundry service inside the community. Two mins away from mirdiff city centre. Very near warqa and uptown mirdiff for other stores and shops. A swimming pool would have been the cherry on top but heard its in the making.

It was a pleasant experience living here for over a year. Keep in mind that the fitted furniture is going to start falling off while you’re staying. I had to ask for maintainance a-lot for cabinets, door handles, light fixtures etc. The security guards are super friendly. Make sure to book your unit closer to exists and Carrefour because it’s not fun driving around. Offers top notch landscaping for walks and dog walks.

As much as I was happy to join Ghoroob community back in December 2018, as much as I am dissatisfied and upset now! Which led me eventually to vacate the said community just 2 years later.The living experience has been continuous sufferings, starting with electrical switches and bulbs which failed just two months after we occupied the flat, and they have to be replaced from our own pockets (i.e. the tenant has to renew the aged fittings while barely using them).Moving towards the mid of our stay, we noticed that the District Cooling bills were accelerating like anything, and for which in certain months we were abroad and not even using the AC, where in these months the bills were higher than our normal occupancy bills. Upon investigating the case it was an actuator valve defect (where even if your AC is turned OFF, the actuator will not shut down and the meter will continue charging the tenant without him realizing that there is something wrong)!!! And guess what! Nobody bothered about the loss incurred to you and they just replace the part and leave you without any compensation. To be noted that such part fails frequently, and you would still face the issue of high bills even without using the AC (which might run unnoticed for months). This issue was one of the major factors for me leaving the community.At night, and if you are staying like me in the fourth floor, noises emitting from water pumps will be the scene at the sleeping time, and upon reporting the same many times yet the same was not rectified properly, and noises would still come and go.Elevator failures is another notable issue in my building. As at several instances the elevator would fail, sudden shock or vibration would happen, and my wife experienced many instances where she would faint in such scenes.Any maintenance request will be chargeable (except for those related to AC), and their charges are higher than market rates!At the end, when you make the decision to leave, they have to charge you a full painting of the flat (regardless of its condition), as per my previous experience with many reputed real estate companies, and if you stay for two years they won’t charge for the paint, yet, Ghoroob is an exception and they will charge you!The customer service is in sleeping mode since last year, and if you send any enquiry or issue, they will have a “copy & paste” response ready for you, and they won’t even cross check what they are writing as responses! They would say things that are opposing their official documentations. And if they ever respond, they will use key words like “at the earliest” and “on priority”, but they will not bother at all afterwards. If you ever complain they will not entertain you at all! And they wont give you any reference to track.The waiting journey for the refund is another story, where they give themselves the sufficient flexibility to retain your money as much as possible!!! Alas, even if you follow up or in urgent need of the said funds, nobody will be bothered about you anymore (and you will be barely responded to, thanks to their customer service lousiness). In their tenancy contract they say that the refund will be made within 30 days, and in comparison to all other real estate we have dealt with, the refund is processed within 5 days or even less (but they abuse the same and refrain from processing the refund until they ensure that more than 30 days has passed (and from other friends experience more than 45 days pass). Oh, and in one of their customer service responses, they replied by saying that your refund will be processed within “30 Working days”, while their contract says “30 days”, yet their customer service representatives are least bothered about your need for the refund amount to be dispersed on time. Just made me feel as if they enjoy making you wait and suffer without clear date to get your refund!This was my living experience and if I was given such feedback before occupancy I would think twice. I hope someone from their management would start listening to the customer experience!!!

I love living here, large well laid out apartment in a gated community with building security access and with my apartment an allocated parking space.The grounds are clean and well maintained with safe and clean childrens play areas.Now, there is a community swimming pool to cool down in attended by lifeguards.It is a bit pricey, but you pay for what you get.

Very bad experience with this management, not worth every Dirham we spent here and unfortunately there is no Manager to return a call when you have many many many complaints and unfortunately the staff with a manager title they tell you dont call again or if you go to their office we will check and call back but never didVery expensive to get such a very bad service, from an existing tenant dont even think to rent with them 👎👎

Thats such an amazing place to stay in Dubai. Lush green lawns, peaceful atmosphere, luxury flats and loved the interior. Highly recommendable.

Its quite area, filled with residential buildings. If youre looking for a calm place, away from noisy roads and busy streets, you can have a spot in this place.The area is green, filled with trees and plants.A good place for family. There is a mini park around and playground for kids.You can have a walk with your babies.If you need something to buy, like groceries, supermarket is available also. You dont need to go anywhere.There is a flea market organize in ghoroob. So you can have something that others dont want in their houses in very cheap prices.Theres a mall also nearby if you want to stroll, buy stuff and dine.

Good residential buildings.

Lots of Awesome rare cars and bikes. Neat and Clean Community. Carrefour is inside. Lots of playgrounds and eye catching fountains. Maximum security inside buildings. Services are done by IDAMA, excellent works.

Nice quiet calm place....good community for children as parks n cycling space is there... but lacks gym and pool....garbage smell in the corridors from night until morning when they clear it......maintenance is not free and empower is expensive

Let aside the Empower bill which will add an extra 5000 aed on top of your Dewa and rent, let aside the old buildings with flies and ants in the ap, poor quality of window frames that let noise and sand inside the house, no gym or pool, but: NOISE from planes, mosque, kids on hallway, 50 years old school buses, all the cleaning machines that seem to have something to do only between 13-17, cars and motorcycles with roaring engines on streets on both side of the complex after 23:00 hrs and last- musical icecreem trucks that seem to think 14:30(when kids are resting) it’s the best time for sales! Who is allowing this kind of noise at 14:00 in the afternoon should think again!

Such an amazing and peaceful community, most of the buildings are 4 stories with convenient parking. The location is excellent: Algeria street, Mohammed Bin Zaid, DXB airport, Sharjah-Ajman and walking distance to Mirdif City Center and there is a carrefour in the center of Ghoroob.The services, FM and payments of Dubai Properties in Ghoroob Mirdif are amazing.

Good community. There is a mosque, playgrounds, a carrefour store, a gas station and a Murdiff City center within walking distance. A big plus is that there are no problems with parking.
